Military fitizens, what is the best fitness routine to become combat ready?
There is no one routine that will get you ready. Here are three things that will help:
>Running
See the /running/ general here on Jow Forums (thanks to the user/s that keep that going)
>Rucking
-link to .pdf training plan for the Tough Ruck (a good charity to help military families while honoring fallen members of military, PD, FD, and EMTs)
toughruck.org
>Martial Arts
Pick something. BJJ, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, etc.
Along with that find a good full body routine.
Other than that don’t be chewed up, shut up and listen up.
thanks for the advice user. I want to pick up BJJ and that ruck pdf is fantastic thank you.
stormniggers like you are cancer and you deserve to be crucified. If the day of the rope comes you will hang next to the communists. Fuck you
Cardio and bodyweight exercises. Your 1RMs don't mean shit. They want otter mode guys that can run around and carry shit all day long.
Seconded
I got your back user.
That pdf really is great. The tough ruck is worth doing if you ever get the chance. I did it a few years ago and will be doing next year’s.
A few other things to be combat ready:
-Be prepared (Boy Scouts got this right)
-Learn to shoot, which you will get training on in basic and throughout your career depending on job and branch
Which branch and what jobs are you looking at?
t. kike
This is true but still lift as it has carryover to general athleticism. It depends on what MOS you're going for but across the board cardio is king.
Put a 50 pound weight on your back and run for 12 hours a day.
Run.
Run some more.
Do some extra running.
Krav Maga was literally made by the Israeli military, so probably that.
Not a kike I'm just sick of you retarded niggers delegitimizing all of our efforts and causing strife everywhere. Your goals aren't being realized, you are just wrecking everything while you lose.
thanks user I already have a background in hunting so I have shooting basics at least. I have a degree in aviation logistics so idk. I always wanted to be a marine.
Oh boy, I sure hope you like pack marching.
do a shitload of cardio, but eat enough to have decent fat stores for survival and energy in dire situations
cardio and endurance (rucking, push up, pull ups)
though even if you become a pro at working out it's recommended that you also learn how to shot straight
am planning on this but im not sure the routine
forced meme is forced. also kill yourself wheraboo
thanks user.
Fuck off back to Jow Forums all of you morons.
go hiking with some heavy ass packed backpack
This is a dude who was in the FFL.
I'm not saying you need to be this fit for basic infantry shit but it gives you an idea (and a plan) to show you the level of fitness expected at the top end.
>cervens.net
Tactical Barbell is my go to. Incorporates all the things you need and you can adjust based on your goals.
FFL is not top end other than 2nd Rep and that training program isn't top end either. It will get you in fine shape for any sort of bootcamp though as long as you don't snap your shit up rucking.
