I haven’t stepped in a gym for a really long time, used to do gymnastics until like 2 months ago.
I do some bodyweight exercises from time to time (I can do a straddle planche/handstands/etc) but I’ve gotten so fat it’s disgusting.
There is nowhere I can properly train calisthenics near my home and my apartment is small as fuck.
I was thinking about signing up to “Anytime fitness” but the 70$ per month is making me doubt.
Any general advice?
