Im doing shitty pump chasing brosplits over 1,5 year and i want to switch to powerlifting/strenght traning.

5'9''/175cm
148lbs/67,5kg

5RM
OHP:110lbs/50kg
Bench:165lbs/75kg
Deadlift:265lbs/120kg
I neglect squats so they're ridiciously low like 150lbs/68kg

is SS or SL best way to start powerlifting for me ? i heard they designed for newbie lifters and i think i missed my novice gains widow.

What should i do ? Which program should i follow ?

I follow 70s big instagram and he seems to post from time to time, kind of a thread to ask questions and talk about pr's and stuff.

wish he posted other stuff too, dont even know if he lifts.

how do I acquire this body?

6 months of SS + GOMAD

PPL is much better than SS or SL because it's more well rounded.

I did SL for 6 months and bulked but I don't think I'm there yet

lmao you havent been doing a good brosplit if your bench isn't bigger than your DL

I fucking love this pic

Goal body right here

What kind of program do you think he was doing?

is this Michael Weatherly?

I wish I was that dog, no homo

>bark at neighbors cat 3x5
>lick own ballsack 1x145
>fetch frisbee 4x6
>chase squirrel x failure

I wish I was those shorts no homo

>kid with shit genetics and no work ethic jumps from meme routine to meme routine trying to find the "secret trick" to not having dogshit lifts, but doesn't realize routines are literally nothing and effort and dedication are the keys to progression

Apply yourself. You're that guy I see at the gym who is literally the same size month after month

I think he did/does a 4x/week full body workout focused on the compounds Bench Deadlift Squats OHP Rows Chin Ups Pull ups and then an acessory or two for extra arm work

not 100% sure but quite there
