Im doing shitty pump chasing brosplits over 1,5 year and i want to switch to powerlifting/strenght traning.
5'9''/175cm 148lbs/67,5kg
5RM OHP:110lbs/50kg Bench:165lbs/75kg Deadlift:265lbs/120kg I neglect squats so they're ridiciously low like 150lbs/68kg
is SS or SL best way to start powerlifting for me ? i heard they designed for newbie lifters and i think i missed my novice gains widow.
What should i do ? Which program should i follow ?

I think he did/does a 4x/week full body workout focused on the compounds Bench Deadlift Squats OHP Rows Chin Ups Pull ups and then an acessory or two for extra arm work
not 100% sure but quite there
