how does everyone on Jow Forums hit 1/2/3/4 in only a few months? does Jow Forums just attract people with good genetics?

e-stats + bad form

If 1/2/3/4 is not your base strength level you are never going to make it

easy if you played a sport in high school and aren't genetic trash

This. The only non-liars on this board are the people who actually post their bodies to prove it in the CBT, and maybe people in the PL thread.

Because everyone is really strong when there’s no way to call their bullshit.

they’re (generally) lying

Guys, I tried lurking but it didn't work.
What is 1/2/3/4?

Attached: ppap.png (452x458, 384K)

literally just google "1 2 3 4 lifts" you mong

1pl8 OHP
2pl8 Bench
3pl8 Squat
4pl8 Deadlift

>1 gf
>2 sex
>3 kisses
>4 hugs

90% of Jow Forums has not achieved this.

People who hit 1/2/3/4 in a short amount of time are more likely to talk about how long it took them. Also people just lie. It took me 2 years to hit 1/2/3/4

Theyre lying, on drugs, or “european with good genes (black immigrant)”

Thanks user.
I tried googling "What is 1/2/3/4" but I just got "0.04166666666".

Have you tried lurking even more?

1 wife
2 dogs
3 kids
4 close friends

Its 1 pl8 overhead press/2 pl8 bench/ 3 pl8 squat/4pl8 deadlift
I am only spoonfeeding because I couldnt find it either till someone told me

First, these Second, this Third is because of this - people who post in stats threads, if not any of the above, are people who actually can 1/2/3/4. It's like how penis threads make you think that Jow Forums is full of 7"+-packing anons but it's really just a skewed view because why would a fucking dicklet post in a dick thread? Chances are it's the same big dicc anons that keep on posting in those threads

If you start out as a skelly it will take much longer but skellies can take pride in knowing all mass gains they make will be lean mass gains

is 1/2/3/4 ORM or for reps? this meme is an elusive one

it's always been 5x5

How the fuck do you even obtain those stats? Im not big by a longshot but ive been lifting for years on and off and can only do like 1/2/2.5/3

cause you're white and thus a weak faggot

1x5

why do i feel like youre lying to me

So, 135 ohp 225 bp, 315 squat, 405 deadlift? Is that what this means? If so, yes. It's easy up to the deadlift, but still doable even for a 40 year old white guy.

delet this

They're lying.

what did he mean by this

can't wait till I reach 0.04166666666 mode

>4 close friends
That last one is impossible

You should evaluate your program. 1/2/3/4 is achievable in 6 months on SS

You're doing better than 99% of Jow Forums

>easy up to the deadlift
I actually hit deadlift first. That wasn't that hard. Squat took me forever

You could 100% hit 1234 in a year if you did starting strength with a coach for each without and a calorie surplus. I don't know how old or fat you are but it doesn't matter because human acclimation can occur this quickly.

It took me about 5 months to hit. Of course I'm a 6'5 fatass who permabulks so there's that.

you pleb

closing in on squat but god damn it's a slow ride

>2 plate bench in 6 months of SS
Fuck to the no

What program then?

allahu ackbar

Doing a typical style beginner routine.
>1 plate OHP
I stalled before I made it.
My solution was to swap the 5x5 with an alternating 4x8 volume session and 3x3 heavy session.
>2 plate bench
stalled early, but then fixed my form and worked on my thoracic mobility I was able to make 2pl8 with the beginner routine
>3 pl8 squat
didn't make it. switched to nuckols 3xsquat int and continued to progress
>4pl8 dead
very easy

t. 195cm lanklet with no athletic background

Because people weigh 400 lbs and have the strength from just moving around.

I hit 0.04166666666 like 2 months into SS+GOMAD

Because people who don't either don't post about it, or lie.

I bet you're built like me. I have relatively long legs to my shirt torso and long arms. Deadlift was easy to increase but squat is brutal on me. Same with bench

how long lifting ?

this is as retarded as it gets, if you weight 70 kg this is very impressive, same as if you're 100 kg this is weak as fuck

This fatties losing fat will hit it faster than skellies who start with nothing

well you are abnormally tall and heavy. for you 1/2/3/4 isnt the same as for normal people. I mean you arent even deadlifting twice your bodyweight yet most likely.

possibly this, but there have been plenty of times where I've given my actual legit stats with good form a few months after lifting and getting a bunch of people saying "hurr e-stating bro".

Of course, I'm naturally mesomorphic and everyone assumed I worked out before I ever touched an iron plate or stepped foot in a gym, so thre's that.

Most of Jow Forums is fat and it's easier to get strong if you start fat unless you're a complete couch seal.

Started lifting late, so I missed on the natural burst of roids the body produces during puberty.
Hit 1 ohp pretty fast, still struggling with the others, had to go back a few times due to injury / sickness

>nuckols 3xsquat int
how should combine his workouts for separate lifts? does he give any clues how to do that somewhere? let's say I wanna run his 2xweek intermediate programs for all lifts and I lift 3 times per week. can a deadlift and a squat day be done on the same workout?

is 1/2/3/4 for 1 rep maxes then?

this. all the people who get strong quickly starting from zero are fat. same reason why bulking seems to come much easier than cutting to most online fitness posters

135 OHP -> got it on SS in a few months
225 Bench -> couldn't get it on SS, took the longest of all the milestones (deadlifted 500 before I benched 225)
315 Squat -> got it pretty easily on SS in a few months (also highbar, yeah yeah didn't do the program)
405 dead -> easiest of all, got it in a few months on SS

this guy weighs 300 pounds

.5/1.5/3/4

I have the reverse problem

Delet right now!!

SS+GOMAD will do that to you

>lying about weight and time
>roids

Jow Forums, Jow Forums especially, is full of the most insecure and toxic people on the internet. Of course they lie.

If you’re a thin framed lanket who weighed 115 lbs before lifting like me, you’ll be lucky to hit 2 pl8 bench at your peak. The bar travels twice as far for me compared to fatasses and manlets

>1 gf
>2 sex
>2 kiss
>1 hug
FUCK

fucking goals, already have the 4 close friends

at the time I ran SS in 2011 I was 6'3", 170lbs->200lbs during the program, 16 years old

you've gone too far in the opposite direction. 2 plate bench is not the peak of any man without severe physical disability

i didnt know 1234 was supposed to be hard until i started lurking fit cuz of the new years comics

>Liars

Also most Jow Forumsizens that post this shit were fatties before they started lifting, no shit it's easier if you come in with mass.

Dude, in a year you should for sure hit 1/2/3/4. What kind of faggot are you, are you 5'2? if 5'6 and over on a bulk and a decent simple strenght program youll be atleast 170 and if you dont hit those numbers at 170 natty you are part of the LGBT community Mega queer division.

muzzies pls go

If you haven’t lost count of the last 3 numbers by now you’re absolutely pathetic

I've been lifting for 2+ years and I've only ever seen a single person beside me hit 4 plate deadlift. 2 plate bench is semi-common because everyone fuck bench presses. No one OHPs at all for some reason and most guys don't squat.

It can be when you have long ass arms and a thin frame. I literally move the bar twice as far as my buddy. I’m 5’11 and after 2-3 years of pretty serious lifting I repped 2 pl8 at 175 lbs. That was my peak after starting at 115 lbs body weight and a 5 rep 65 lb bench. I’m an athlete but not made to bench

weak people dont post here announcing that theyre weak. also those who do speak up can easily embellish

I was 6 ft 1 maybe 130 lbs when I started lifting. Hit 185lbs on bench in 3 months and 225 after a couple more without ever stalling. You’re seriously short changing yourself m8 and I have long fucking arms as well. I’m pretty sure any man could hit 2 plate bench with proper diet and discipline.

Congrats m8 but everyone is different. My stats and progress were ahead of strength standards. Deadlifting was easy as shit but bench never caught up

I hope that's for 5 at least and not your 1rm. Heck most people should reach 1/2/3/4 in like 1.5 years of commitment

the only one I can't do is the bench the rest I do quite easily

have yet to achieve 1 why is casual sex easier than getting a gf Jow Forums?

It's been 7 months and I'm at 1/1.5/2.3/0 I might just kill myself

what the fuck, you're not deadlifting?
Everything else seems good though, you're getting there.

Keep going m8. If you’re making progress and giving it everything you got, that’s all that matters

I got 70kg OHP 95kg bench 155kg squat and 170kg at my 6th month of lifting and I started out at 60kg bw

6'3" 95kg
Currently at 0.75/1.5/3/5 (1x5) after nearly a year of semi-consistent training
Waiting for that day to hit 1pl8 ohp and 2pl8 bench, upper body sucks in comparison to lower anyone else experience something similar?

Attached: 1531687433673.jpg (720x524, 39K)

Nothing like this
My squat is only strong because I did it 3 times per week. You must have some weird leverages

My shins are dead straight when i deadlift what makes dragging the bar easier. I think overall enjoyment plays a large roll, I tend to work harder/do more often the things I'm strong at, while i dislike benching the most- wonder if it's a matter of changing training mindset or just forcing myself to get better at upperbody work.
What mindset do y'all have when doing upperbody lifts?

Attached: IMG-20180715-WA0064.jpg (202x264, 8K)

I do DB benches, which I find much more fun than barbell benches (and also are better for your joints and overall movement).

Annoyingly my real gym only has dbs in 10-lb increments. My apartment gym has 5-lb increments but it only goes up to 50lb.

use some wrist weights or chain or something to up the weight in your gym.

1/2/3/4 isn't impressive, that's why.

>why do people lie on the internet?

I'm at 0.5/1/1.5/1.5

It's been two months.
I'm assuming it's logarithmic and it'll take me till the end of the year to get to .75/1.5/2/2.75
