why do I look like I've never lifted a day in my life? I've been lifting for 7 months and my most recent best lifts are B:160x6 S:205x7 PRESS™:110x6 and I don't diddly because someone is always doing curls on the platform.
Why do I look like I've never lifted a day in my life...
Lose weight
There's clearly muscle, you just have a lot of fat
some brainlet is going to come in here and say you look like shit because you don't deadlift, so i'm just going to preempt that and say that has nothing to do with it
you look like shit because your aesthetically relevant (read: upper body) lifts are shit, you don't do enough upper body volume in general, you definitely don't do enough back work, you don't do enough direct bicep and tricep work
Not enough protein? Not enough sleep? Too much masutrbation? There are many possible reasons.
Lift more niglet
I'm in a similar boat my dude. Bulk some more until you max out your noobgains then cut. You will look great.
Do you do any diet my man?
u have shitty genetics
keep lifting every week for another 2 years and u will look much different
Your arms look okay to me, you aren't doing enough exercises to target muscles, like traps, pecs, abs. There are ways to strengthen these muscles without freeweights, and I suggest implementing those into a cardio plan. Make sure when you do lift each set lasts at least 45 seconds, that you are lifting your max but safely, and you finish off each exercise with a failure set.
>I don't diddly because someone is always doing curls on the platform
What?
Diet diet diet. MyFitnessPal app is your best friend. Go watch some YouTube videos on weight training diets. You can’t workout then go home and eat like shit and expect amazing results.
You’ve basically wasted those 7 months because you have a shit diet.
Deedleeft...
I usually do like 8 sets of bench, 8 sets of OHP, and 4x10 incline dumbbell bench on the same day. Is that not enough? Also my back and biceps are disgustingly weak, I can only do 1 pullup. I've tried like everything for them and nothing seems to work. Most people said negatives help, but I did them for a couple months and saw no improvement.
I was wondering if I am benching too slowly, the eccentric portion of it is 3 seconds. Everyone else who does it just reps the shit out of it and pretty much drops the weight on their chest
My family are poorfags, so a lot of the time my mom "cooks" microwave food or hot dogs. I have been drinking a couple glasses of milk a day and eating eggs for breakfast though. I heard it doesn't really matter as long as you meet your calories and protein requirement, is that not true?
>7 months
>youve never cut
There is your answer. How you dont know this and/or couldnt figure this out from reading prety much any decent literature on the topic makes me think you shouldnt be allowed access to a computer.
from everything you're saying your programming is total fucking garbage which is why you look the way you look
how frequently are you training each muscle group?
I'm doing 5/3/1 with 5x5fsl. I've been doing each muscle group twice a week. It seems to be working pretty good because my squat went from 185x6 last month to a 205x7 yesterday.
Those lifts are in kilograms.
Right user?
Because of they are in pounds then you answered your question, you don't look like you lift because you don't lift. Those are first time in the gym numbers
I fucking wish chief, I was weak as fuck before though. I started with an 85lb bench, 115lb squat and a 45lb ohp.
then how are you doing 8 sets of OHP on your bench day, if you're running 5/3/1 + FSL?
also it's a little early for 5/3/1 you could run SS up to a ~315 squat very easily
