ahoy, i need your help Jow Forums. i read about the colorado experiment and how to build up musclemass fast. i started with ss and quickly switched to sl 5x5 i can ohp 1pl8, 80kg bench, 3pl8 dl and 120kg squat. how would you possibly go about mixing sl with hit training, is it even possible to mix both since hit is a former 3x5 bodybuilder technique? does anyone have experiance with that?
Colorado Experiment
come on people i need your input on this
maybe some high test pics will get your attention
roids
its a study in which they werent using roids at least it was scientific how could we proof it wasnt roids, but under the primes of no roids how would one mix the training?
>someone who looks like they've been lifting 10+ years is significantly bigger and leaner in 28 days
it's roids
This interests me as a scientist, because if he were on something like Test E or HGH then the whole study is falsified and an academic smear... is it possible he was pinning in secret at home?
Apparently, a "tough guy" called Tom Wood was hired to keep checks on Casey so he wouldn't cheat. Not sure how reliable that is...
OP if you want to replicate those results go ahead and binge out on dianabol for that many weeks, you will end up looking almost identical. once you've run dbol you'll be able to recognize the bloat anywhere. it gives you massive strength gains but bloats up your muscles and body like a fucking balloon. it's debatable whether that guy was pinning another ester as well is there any after pictures?
we have to account for the fact that arthur jones wanted to sell his nautilus products so this is another red flag on the study specially the most thing he was training was the negative part of an excercise. i dont know what to think about the experiment since the study is from a university
how could we make a trainingsplan with the hit part ? any ideas? would love to try it out
there was another study named west point experiment in which they tried to replicate the results but couldnt get to the stats which victor had in the end.
next thing is that he was already a bodybuilder and before the experiment he lost a big amount of mass so thtat the muscle memory is also a thing we have to consider, no wonder he build up muscles so fast.
they trained irregular to shock the muscles i guess? isnt that something arnold told many people?
i guess the experiment is a big scam since they wouldnt train as much as a real bodybuilder do
The experiment was run by Arthur Jones on the Nautilus equipment that he invented and sold. I'd say it was a nice marketing move but not something we can learn from since it was never repeated in a scientific study.
another thing is, casey had some mutant genetics.
people whats your opinion on allbody trainings? without splits like they did it? has anyone tried that?
looks like a slight cut + pump + lighting
>colorado experiment
literally all bullshit and roids
any recommendation for when to switch to 5/3/1 or texas?
You can regain 30 pounds of muscle in weeks. There's a very high chance he was also taking steroids because the end result has him bigger than any true natural.
Arthur Jones was one of the biggest shills of all time. He's the reason why gyms are filled with ineffective shitty equipment. They were probably using test at home, why wouldn't they?
What is this "Colorado Experiment"? Curious because I live there.
That is a red flag. When you submit a paper for peer review you are required to mention any relevant interests, financial or otherwise... if he failed to do it then that's extremely concerning... and is this even an actual study? Seems like they just took some cherrypicked guy and trained him, no controls, no repeat, etc.... very bizarre
You can regain, but like you said, this whole thing seems a little fishy. If he really did have this motivation then it's case closed
USA Special Activities Division used prototype gene therapy (before genes were inveted) to modify Andrews' DNA to make him big. but Only in Colorado.
