Post face I'll tell you what to do

rather not post face, but any general or very specific looksmaxxing tips to ascend to high tier normie or chadlite status besides lifting?

I just started lifting a month ago so thats all good. eating 3500 calories a day more than usual. and a 5 9 manlet.

I'll start you off: stop eating so much

Face >>>>>>> body, and higher bf% = uglier face

Take care of your skin
Do neck training

trim beard and hair

Eh..looksmaxxing is largely just a meme unless youre willing to go full blackpill and get facial surgery(jaw reconstruction, nose straightening etc) and leg lengthening surgery. everything else is just coping and gymcelling

Take good care or your hair. Style it well. Wash your face and moisturize. Develop hunter eyes and if your brows aren't nturally low make it a habit to keep them low. Same with smiling, don't raise your eyesbrows too much, keep them piercing. Learn to naturally laugh with a slight squint in your eyes. Next, your jaw. Your front teeth should connect with your bottom and your tongue should naturally rest on the roof. Develop a thick neck. Amd keep your head tilted *slightly up untill you make eye contact, then wait a moment and tilt back to neutral.

big agree on cutting the calories. beginners can get strong on 3k per day with IF noon-8pm for fat loss

i mean noon - 8pm as eating window

Good tips. I just ordered a moisturizer from Amazon. Planning to get a haircut, since my hair is kinda long. probably getting like a messy side part type of hair, longer on the top, shorter on the sides. Started mewing. and i need to incorporate neck training soon.

What about clothes to wear on a regular college day? i only wear joggers, white shoes and a baggy t shirt. should i dress better, and how should I dress like if I want people to take me more seriously in clothes or find what i wear to be attractive?

clean shoes
clean clothes that fit
no t-shirts with stupid logos/memes/humour
well groomed (beard, nails, hair, body hair, teeth etc.)
hygiene (don't stink, wear deodorant, don't overdo it with cologne if you use that)

that's the basics

dont try to polish a turd

just be yourself bro

>college aged male
>shave your fucking face, no patch soiboi shit beards only stubble or the real deal
>get a nose hair trimmer
>get a good barber and get a good haircut, eyebrows trimmed at least once, and beard lined up
>be in shape
>clean your face everyday
>get a teeth whitening once a year

good advice..if you are ugly and have shit social skills no amount of haircuts or deodorant is going to save you.

Most people arent ugly tho, most people land on the below average - average side of thelooks spectrum. with the right haircut, it might make them look passable unless they have a extremely weak chin or fucked up eyes/mouth.

>clean clothes that fit

Seriously this. You don't have to pay insane amounts for things but it may mean you've got to try 8 different brands of t-shirts to find one that fits well.

You don't need to have much more than a week worth of casual+gym clothes and then something for more extreme weather and then a blazer, button-up and suit. That's it.

Don't buy shit if it doesn't fit. Don't buy shit you'll never wear.

can i wear baggy t shirts too? I like wearing oversized shirts lmfao. granted im 6 2 and i wear slim jeans and joggers with my baggy shirt

If you get someone ok looking somewhat fit and put them in decent clothes suddenly they'll start social situations with an advantage.

BOOM. Suddenly people are nicer. If someone fucks up, whatever, move on.

if you want to look dyel and poor than sure

If you have a bad bite get it fixed. This isn't just for teeth: if you have a malocclusion your entire face will grow badly.
Don't mouthbreathe under any circumstance
