-decent amount of fats(from those mentioned above, also olive/coco/etc)
-minimal carbs(whole grains and oats, also be aware that dairy has sugars)

More husks you use more it taste like vomit. You get used to it. The whey is really smooth and has a slight milk taste to it. Hated it at first, now the only kind I get.

Thanks for the tips, I'll give it a try. I have tons of the stuff from my time on keto but I never figured out what to do with it besides making low carb breads.

3 months on a cut. All my lifts have stayed the same or even went up. My bench went up 5 kilos and now 3 weeks ever since, it has gone worse every time even though other lifts feel the same as before.

Am I depleted and not having enough carbs? Should I have a cheat day where I load carbs?

I'd take 2 weeks off and eat at maintenance. Normalize your hormones and fix your lowered metabolism.

I was genuinely curious why it's better. If that's the case then I'm definitely going to try it out. I tried the EC Stack and it made my heart race uncomfortable even when i did recommended ramps.

HIIT everyday, intermittent fasting, sleep from 22:00 to 07:00 every day, maintenance calories, all greens and protein, apple cider vinegar, drink as much water as you can, lift for hypertrophy

also no sugar ever and no insulin-ish foods if you can help it

There isn't a 100% consensus on this because black coffee does have 2 calories a cup. Some extremists will say anything more than 0 cal is 'breaking' your fast. I personally drink coffee while fasting but not a ton

I can confirm. Done right with a small deficit you can easily keep 100% of your strength, even MAKE gains while losing body fat and total body weight. Just gotta do micro deficits no larger than 500 cals per day.
