that's some good progress m8 but the training is weird as shit.
why the long heavy bag if you're not kicking it during your combinations? your kick balance needs a lot of work, you need to raise your leg first then kick and get it back.
why are you not throwing uppercuts? what's wrong with your side stepping? you're just walking, you need to side step. don't throw your entire body when you straight punch. what's up with your stance? is so open.

I seriously hope someone is supervising your technique, you throw strong punches but you gotta watch that shit, this is guessing you're doing kickboxing by the way, it could be muay tai but even then I'd still argue your stance is weird.

my foot was injured to the point if I actually hit anywhere but about a 4 inch space on my ankle it would leave me on the floor crying, hence the limp...

Yeah a bit but the fast actually consumes scars and lose skin faster than calorie deficit just that takes longer so it's not as extreme, I have good skin so it's not bad full video of time lapse coming soon so you can see for yourself

fuck no, biggest threat is mineral deficiency, those have serious side effects long before they are fatal, make sure you get salt, I took about half a teaspoon 1/2x week always take salt with potassium and always take calcium and magnesium together...

Did you workout while fasting? Or did the fast make you lose too much energy?

I did and I did to much and lost lot of energy, think of workout as about 33% of a regular workout to keep muscle, any doms is bad since you won't have protein to repair.

going into this fast I will probably workout until I literally feel any pump then stop maybe 2x/week

You've got some discipline that's got you this far. Keep to it.
Not sure if you've thought about getting some coaching for your boxing/kickboxing/whatever you're interested in but I would say start now (not that you look like a kid with cerebral palsey fighting a wasp whilst stoned or anything).
I only say that because I just winged it for ages before training properly (Krav and wrestling) and it took forever to get my gimpy form and techniques corrected.

I honestly don't have any before pictures due to the hatred I had for myself.
I was 14.6st (204lbs) and I've managed to get to a lean 11.1st (154lbs).
I'm still dyel bit Jow Forums standards BUT I feel I've given myself a good frame for a winter bulk this year. I need to get a good meal plan & routine ready for September/October time but I'm looking to put on about 0.4-0.6st (8lbs) in the coming months and see how it looks.
