I legitimately can not tell. Please help guys, I’ve only been training for a month and I’ve lost 4kg but I feel like I look exactly the same?
Have I lost any bod fat?
Is it possible that I’m losing fat on the rest of my body before my torso? Say if I lose another 6kg. Will I have abs?
do you have a before picture?
I guess I should post unflexed for a fairer comparison.
If you can’t tel what the before picture is, it really is over.
Like I’m happy seeing the number going down, it’s just I expected 4kg loss to look a bit different on the body? Idk, maybe I have shitty fat storing genetics.
u can tell, just look at ur chest, shoulders and arms. and it's only 1 month, that's great progress for 1 month.
The first 10lbs loss rarely is 10lbs of actual fat. Mostly water weight and body adapting to a new diet.
You'd probably gain 10 lbs if you went back to your old diet in a week or two.
Thanks...I guess I'm probably having some unrealistic expectations on what I could be achieving.
Uh oh....I just continue though right?
Grug must cut back on mammoth meats and bison butter. Grug looking stronk, and fast enough to chase boar.
Grug inspire tribe
All tribe make it
I barely eat meat :( I miss the taste but it just puts me over my calories too much. Loads of beans, lentils and fish. Life is shitty at the moment but hopefully it'll be worth it when I go join uni.
Thanks though. All tribe make it Grog.

Patience and consistency. Keep going, man, I'm in the same boat except I've noticed a significant loss of fat in my face, neck and torso.
Dude, Your muscles metabolism have to get used to what your doing before your brain pics up. Just lift weight like Dumbbell, bench and do body building type stuff at your weight level. Train all your upper body muscles get them activated. Don't do cardio waste of time. By 6 months you should be could the hardest part is building the first initial muscle. Very slow process but after that you should be go to bulk.

Wtf are you saying.
Ignore this fatty OP. Cardio is healthy.
A 40 minute workout every other day, different body parts on the upper body is perfect. 3 sets of 20, 3 sets of 8, 4 sets of 5, depends what lift your doing! Good luck and don't give up.
No, you are fat. Cut until you are in healthy BF range, then bulk.
Case closed. NEXT.
Fuck Cardio and fuck you. OP go ride a bike on the weekend with your Girlfriend to get your Cardio Fantasy filled.
I can tell by how you type you’re a boomer.
you need to lose at least 10kg, sorry.
when it comes to cutting, it gets worse before it gets better
when you're skinnyfat it is extremely difficult to tell any difference from losing 5kg.
when you're already lean, when you lose 5kg the difference is enormous.
>I can tell by how you type you’re a boomer.
18 year old booomer
do omad and yes, when you lose weight it comes off everywhere but your tum tum until the end.
This.
Like mike israetel once said, if you are a male, and can't see your abs, you have no business bulking.
Bulking when you're already fat, makes you more prone to accumulating fat.
Cutting to six pack is the only way to break the skinnyfat curse.
Your chest looks much better now than it did before OP, don't give up, your delts are actually seperating from your arms now, don't lose faith and keep on going, it's gonna take a while.
nigga you aint shit
Fuaaaaa 10kg. I’ll be at 66kg at 5’11 then. Hopefully it’s only 6kg more I need to lose. But yeah that last part seems about right, hopefully I see more progress in the coming weeks.
This is kinda annoying :( das life I guess.
Yeah I’m deffos not bulking. I just want abs for once in my life. Thanks as well, hopefully I can come back with some good results next month and make Jow Forums proud.
Why did you carve a cross on your hip
>mike israetel
no thanks. I would rather listen to blahino, inceldestiny or omarshitsulf than actual fucking expert.
It’s a pen. I just draw what it looks like to have a tattoo sometimes.
Scratches on my chest are from my neck brace I think? Not really sure where it came from.
>Why did you carve a cross on your hip
Because he's not a heathen like you, fucking pagan scum!
don't lose your mind over the numbers, what matters is how you look
You will start to notice much more a difference each kilogram you lose from now on.
Lose the useless fat you have, then slowly maintain your abs for as long as possible on a targetted caloric maintenance.
you might actually be building muscle slowly without you realizing right now, at your level of muscularity and leanness it is very possible.
>don't lose your mind over the numbers
except that numbers matter and provide solid, quantitative ground. Unlike assumptions based on feels.
