Post your small fitness accomplishments, let's give ourselves credit on our path to making it. I'll start
>cutting over the past 3 weeks
>down 5 pounds
>can tighten belt one hole tighter, pants are too big now
>feelsgoodman
Post your small fitness accomplishments, let's give ourselves credit on our path to making it. I'll start
>was 225lbs 5'9 manlet
>now 195lbs
Hoping to get to 140lbs 5'9 manlet before I start bulking, I may drop even more if my man boobs haven't gone away by then
You can do it user, we believe in you
Benched 315 for first time at 220lbs. I'm 6'2 ish and 17. Also deadlifting over 5 plates feels good man. My squat is ass though.
Went back to working out regularly (some dumbbell routine I found on bodybuilding.com, just to get back) after two months of very intense university work. feels good.
Grats on making 3 pl8 user
I finally managed to deadlift 2pl8 for a set of 5 yesterday. It's the second time I've tried it, the first ending in sore calves and glutes after two reps a couple months ago. It was so much easier that I'm actually gonna try for 110kg next time.
I'm gonna make it /tg/.
i can take my shirt off in public and not look like a complete ogre
I lost two inches off my waist. Feels good man
Did 10x10x2pl8 squats yesterday after a month long break to get those sweet sweet doms
Go user, don't stop now
ive used every size of shirt from xxl to s
ran my first 5k earlier today.
How does it feel?
>plateau on bench after hitting 3pl8
>stop fucking around and follow a powerlifting routine
>bench increases
4pl8s here I come.
I've lost 70 lbs since March.
Been taking the ECA stack/thermogenics/smoking/apple cider vinegar/intermittent fasting and a shit ton of cardio.
Weighed 287 when I began and 217 now.
>started working out at the beginning of this year
>went from skinnyfat absolute weakling, starting everything with the bar to noob gains DYEL twink at 75/110/185/205 (pounds)
>have put on a small but visible amount of muscle
>posture is better, no more PPT
>up to +35lbs weighted chins
>gains still steadily coming while eating only at maintenance
I think I'm gonna make it, bros.
You're gonna make it. Fuckin proud of you.
Thanks
Great work user. OP here, I'm stacking Ostarine, ECA, Yohimbe, and cardio and it's working great. Sitting at a smidge under 20%BF but poised to lose more
I can do 10 pullups now @ 215
Love you guys. I am 17lbs down, seeing better definition. Doing it slow, about 1.5 months right now. Table pushaways 3x1, fork putdowns same.
Got to run 10k in 43 minutes during lunch break at work, which was my goal when I started running.
Out of nowhere I discovered I'm really good at handstand walking. It's useless but it really surprised me how far I could go.
Nice job user, it's hard to trust the process but the results feel so good looking back
good tread OP, and good om all ya’ll!
I managed to do a chin up last week and can to two with correct form in a row.
And I’ve tightend my belt a notch due to the loss of 5kgs
My man! Keep at it bro.
i finally hit a 10 minute mile today. now i have to work on a sub 12 min 1.5 mile for bmt. wish me luck
>lost 20 pounds, noticibly reduced fat
>over 6 months go down 4 belt sizes
>shits have been pleasant due to healthy meal preps
>start bringing qt from work to the gym, her muscle gains are showing from the workouts I lead
Down side:
>Need new work pants/belt
>Company is stingy
>Favorite belt is now too big
You dick-smoking cockmongling faggots continue to inspire. Thanks to all fitbros posting in this thread.
if you do a gradual increase up to 5k it feels...easy? looking forward to getting my time down.
will never catch up to her, though.
in a pinch you can just make a new notch in your belt. my cheap dad did that all the time so he didnt have to buy new belts.
It's a weird reversable belt, I'm afraid making a new notch will ruin it. It was cheap anyways so I'm not terribly worried about it
Lost 70 pounds, 270 > 200, mostly since Jan from OMAD and then cycling as well. Moving to weight lifting by September.
Finally back under 40 inch waist and had to buy a new set of clothes.
>weightscale no longer goes over 90 even after i ate dinner and drank 2l of water
>can finally do a normal push up
Finally hit lmao1pl8 ohp to complete 1/2/3/4
"bulked" 2 kg last month
>did my 1st ever pull-up a couple months ago
>can now do 5
It’s a good feeling lads
>Have visible abs
>can now do long grip pull ups like they're nothing use to be I couldn't do 1 without support
I can almost do a muscle up but they're proving to be very challenging
I finally reached my goal of 91kg/200lbs. Now I can start my cut.
got my first one arm fingertip pushups at 195lbs
Jeans that haven’t fit since high school
First time cutting and reaching a low enough body fat to have visible abs. I didn't bother keeping the look because I hated how my strength suffered to reach that point, but it was good to know that I was able to do it.
I didn't lose any weight but my body fat went down 2%
You=bad motha fucka
>starting to look and feel like less of a skelly
>Actually developing pecs so shirts don't just hang on me anymore
>Can do 7 perfect pullups now
