Considering how fat and weak you are, you can probably lose weight without losing strength. You might even be able to gain some strength.

Just get enough protein in your diet and volume in your programming and you'll be fine.

not unless you're eating 6k cals and are on roids and are sleeping 12 hours a day, you won't recover
if you try to do a ton of volume you will regress and likely hurt yourself too

Hey guys, quick question. When I have a pretty intense bench day over the next couple of days I’ll get ancincreasingly tight feeling in my pecs. It feels somewhat deep, but still outside my ribcage, like pec minor possibly, but it’ll hurt to take deep breaths that expand my chest, and it’ll almost hurt in my throat. Scared me the first time like I was having a heart attack. Anyone know what’s going on or have something similar? The most tight fiber is right between the two heads of my pec, close to my shoulder. Any advice? Thinking of chilling with the benching for a while. I hit 405 which was my goal anyway, so it doesn’t really matter to me anymore if I need to let it heal
