What is that picture? CRINGE

A girl wearing a coat that looks like a Rubik’s cube. It was just the last thing in my camera roll

You're probably falling for the "you can eat whatever you want doing intermittens fastings"

How many calories are you eating during your window?

Are you weighing yourself every day? If so, stop it. When you fast your body tends to retain water more.

1300-1800 depending on how much butter I put in before I cook stuff.

I’m not eating carbs as said in OP so most of my meals are lean cuts like chicken/flank steak with some vegetables like cauliflower/broccoli/mushrooms/bell peppers.

I’m already in ketosis according to the urine test strip but I haven’t lost any weight except for some water weight.

For snacks I’ll have like a small amount of carrot sticks, almonds, and cheese depending on how I feel.

I also drink two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar most mornings with my BCAAs.

Intermittent fasting helps me cut because the more I eat the more I "remember" food and crave it more. Once that first bite of the day is taken, I just want more and more until my stomach is full. So staving it off and having a big meal when I get home works best.

However, fasting is much harder if you have nothing to do. It's best when you're working or have something going on that allows you to keep your mind off it. But if you're just chilling out at home doing nothing but shitposting or playing video games or whatever, it's a lot harder to resist the urge.

that's... a really really old woman. You need glasses dude

Okay thanks for advice I was doing that. How often or when should I weight myself?

The fasting is easy because i just stop eating at 8 pm and i usually wake up around 12 pm anyway so it’s not hard.

It’s the no carb that’s killing me. Today I slept over at my friends house and her dad bought donuts and I wanted to die.

>Some guy fought in nam just trying to have some food with his wife
>zoomer S O Y B O Y using his mobile phone to take pictures
>spends all day on it looks at it when in public because is anxious
>posts shit on an ant farm breeding forum in the hope that people will give him recognition

get a fucking life

You got me all figured out fuck

Every week.

Picture is like a week old and I didn’t take it. Sorry can’t deliver this time

>no carbs
>wonder why you're not losing weight
Your brain literally needs carbs to live.
That's an unironic literally.
It needs carbs, protein conversion is not enough as it's highly inefficient and eventually your brain shuts down.

Low carb, not no carb.
Remember that.

If your brain doesn’t get enough carbs it switches to converting fat into Ketons and burning those for energy called Ketosis.

I eat under 30 carbs a day but i still eat a very very very small amount.

Thanks

You're wrong though.
Keto stops working if you ingest no carbs.
Keto+low carbs has been proven to help people with very specific ailments like diabetes.
Keto no carbs will fuck your body up, it lowers testosterone, and will physically make you sick.
You can do keto no carbs for a couple of days at most before this processes begins and your brain uses it's glucose reserves.

You need to eat a bare minimum amount of carbs for brain function, the keto part is using protein to convert to glycogen and glucose for the body.

This allows you brain to be sated and your body to use protein to convert to carbs for its needs.

Low carb, not no carb.
Flat out, you'll never be able to provide a citation that a no carb diet is healthy.
Meanwhile

If you don't eat carbs, you begin to release stress and hunger hormones that eventually will overtake your body and force you to binge eat. You once again, literally need carbs to live.

>Ketogenic Diet for Obesity: Friend or Foe?

I always trust scientific papers with clickbait titles

>Literally says he's getting under 30 carbs, hence "low carb"
>Go into full austistic rage anyways

probably a grad student came up with that name.

you either are 3 feet tall or you are actually eating more calories than you think you are

>he clearly states your body doesn't need carbs because of my gluconeogenesis

Let's see your citations on how no carbs is healthy.
Not a single one exist because no one is stupid enough to believe that shit outside of Jow Forums.

Under 30 is low carb not no carb stop freaking out ffs just listen.

noone is saying no carb you fucking idiot
