Then eat more after?

having cancer
I got cancer and the malignant tissue consumes a fuck ton of calories so I guess I can eat what I want for what's left of my life

While technically it's bad for short-term gains/strength it's amazing for life extension.

Blood donation is one of the biggest fucking scam out there.
>Uh, we can't pay for donations because it supposedly brought in unsavory types, so you should just give it to us for free
>Set up a PR campaign to shame people for not wanting to donate blood
>1 donation gets spit into 2.2 products on average selling for a minimum of $1200 to a hospital
>ARC executives make multi million dollar salaries

Source?
Already donate regularly but curious

So I can go on a cut by donating lots of blood?

is this why the fasting retards say fasting cures cancer? don't eat, don't feed the cancer?

It takes 8 weeks for red blood cells to replenish. With those cells you lose a ton of hemoglobin crucial to athleticism.

i've reached the point at my work where no one even bothers to tempt me with cakes/donuts/cookies anymore. feels good.

checked. also I am gonna aim for the same point in my new workplace

No, you'll lose a bunch of muscle by donating blood because of the amount of protein and energy needed to replace blood cells.

>eats more
>cancer grows stronger
>OP's face is revealed

And you get a significantly longer life that is healthier than you would be otherwise. Seems fair to me.

[citation needed]

The only real benefits of it I see touted are that you get some pretty basic health screening stuff done that may catch some obvious problem you may have been unaware of or that it helps with conditions related to iron overload, which is extremely rare to begin with.

probably. your body obviously has energy reserves and it will start consuming fat and muscle if you don't eat enough

Mitotic stress and excess division proliferates mutation and shortens lifespan, but please keep subsidizing the literal vampires in Big Pharma

>donating blood
>literally giving up your life force to someone else
No thanks bucko, I’m not a cuck

Donate directly to hospitals, then. It's used fresh only a few floors away.

>being an organ donor
>letting doctors scavenge through your body like a garbage bird

I donate blood at every chance I get because smoking cigs becomes way more satisfying afterwards.

donating blood once per month can also increase lifespan and save lives, that's worth more than my gains desu

Does donating only plasma deplete gains too?

>Donate directly to hospitals
That's not really a thing though, there are so many FDA and CLIA regulations that it requires so much extra equipment and staffing to do it that hospitals only buy blood from a donation center, ARC being the biggest one by far. Even for things like autologous and targeted donations, patients still wind up going through a donation center which does all the testing and processing.

I CANT BELIEVE MY BLOOD CELL IS THIS CUTE

The Jews are literally vampires confirmed

Have you heard of fasting?

I am actually able to get $500 dollars (-O master race) everytime I donate blood, I thought to myself this is great cause I can train my body to recover faster, make money, and give to a good cause but I'm afraid this could have negative effects in my body and maybe not be going to a good cause but rather the black market

I read that as blood isolation and thought I needed to add something to my routine.

>he doesn't have a blood day in his routine
