I think I've made good gains considering how Skelly I was, I know I'm not HUGE fuckin stacked brah but I'm stronger than the average guy my age and the girls seem to like my current physique a hell of a lot more

Just tracking calories with my phone and kitchen scale. Trying to keep around 1500-2000 a day. Workout routine is 15 minutes cardio (usually 1.25 miles) then arms/chest, deadlifts, legs for my lifts. Hit a 3.5pl8 squat last night for my newest PR.

I'm curious if you guys have any history in sport/being active before that. I was just sitting my whole life and I'm a boomer already.

low lats attachment is the most important genetic factor for obtaining a vtaper, if I were you I'd do pull ups 3-4x a week, with varied intensity (some days bodyweight, some days heavy weighted, some medium days)

6-7 sets of lateral sets too whenever you're pressing
