I train with a bunch of cops at my mma gym since it's only a block away from their station. Most of them are a bunch of meatheads that drop in two or three time a month.

it depends really on the cop. a lot of the cops ive encountered (uk) have been in really good shape and others have looked like utter shit. also i feel like if i can fight them then i can outrun them and vice-versa.
