i tried cutting but it made zero difference
should i just bulk, put on a shit ton of muscle and strength, until i can fix that shit with surgery? just neglect looks completely for a few months

gyno usually requires plastic surgery to fix if you develop it. so i would start saving up money because insurance wont cover that shit.

I looked around on forums, read reviews, looked at all the options in my area. One doctor specialized specifically in gynecomastia and had nothing but positive reviews (although lots of bad reviews about his secretary who is a bitch but who gives a fuck about that, she was). He is also a fit male which is a positive in my books. General plastic surgeons can be real hit or miss, also general plastic surgeons were a lot fucking more for some reason.
This is Canada, Ontario. But the doctors name was "Dr.Fielding" and it cost me $3300 CAD (~$2500 US) which is really good considering I see it being pretty common to spend $5000. Depending on where you live, some countries will cover the cost but most won't. If you live in Europe, I saw a lot of people going to Poland for good/cheap surgery.

I have gyno and I maintain around 5% body fat and it looks fine. You just need to get stupid lean and also reasonably sized. Basically always hungry.
