You have to grit you teeth and deal with getting a little chubby. From my experience most of the noticeable fat gain occurs in the earlier part of the bulk and the rest is visually negligible. Gotta consider your lean mass will increase as well and start to use up more and more calories over time this slowing down fat accumulation.

Your TDEE is not significantly different from anyone else in the same position.
Genetic differences would come in hormone expression, how early puberty starts, etc. It doesn't however make massive discrepancies in metabolism that would let someone eat 3000 cal or more per day without consequence. Skinnyfags are skinny because they aren't eating enough.
