you need to gain some weight, but dont get hung up on what weight you lift at the end of SS. when its done, its done. try a few more weeks while eating more and next time you stall move on to a real program like greg nuckols 3x int bench

first of all I'm coming up from 150 and secondly I don't know what eating more will do for the disparity between my bench and dips. That would just make both go up
