This is accurate. When I was a complete beginner, some fat fuck Boomer came up to me after my sets of 3x5 and told me I was doing the exercise wrong. I ended up just crying in the bathroom then going home. I was going through shit and somehow that tipped me over.
Saw a chick's thong and bit of her ass because of this. I was checking her out because she was dressed modestly, in large sweatpants and hoody, then she sits down and I can see pink/purple whale tail and some cheeks. I always tuck my shirt in because I don't want to show my butt crack.
