So you put all that weight on the ground....and then lifted it?

A... are you an alien, Doctor?

We have gravity here on Earth.

>for the last time, even if i wanted to, i can't help you 'leave humanity behind'

you took how many scoops?

>you did how much weight with internal shoulder rotation on that upright barbell row?

>fucking dio.

>10 eggs a day doesn't really count as a supplement, user

>I'm prescribing you some muscle relaxers (TAKE THESE NOW!)

>implying outside of shoulder width grip barbell rows aren't the GOAT exercise for side delts
i agree that the close grip ones are fucking retarded and literally do nothing though

I mean that weight was already on the ground, I just attached it to the bar.

>do these 8 exercises NOW (non-negotiable)

Pulling into your stomach or lower chest whilst leaning forward is fine. But pulling up to you throat whilst standing up staright will actually fuck up your shoulders

You know, Mr. user. There's a reason they call it the DEADlift

>Go to the doctor cause ass cheeks have been painfully tight after lifting
>Describe what I've been doing, routine and all
>Remember these threads, expect the worst
>mfw doc gives me some pages out of a sports med book and encourages to continue working out but lay off lifting for a bit to allow recovery from glute strain before going heavy again

nah bro, most people do the upright row wrong (wider grip that is). it's just a lateral raise with bent arms. focus should be 100% on side delts. pull with the elbows up just before it becomes uncomfortable then back down. reps always 12+. best side delt builder by far that i have ever experienced (OHP does nothing for my side delts but i hear banded OHP kills em)

>every taking a doctor as an authority on any matter

yea yeah, med school is tough. but afterwards, these guys spend their days having their minds numbed by old ladies and most of them don't keep up with medical journals or anything like that. they'll spend two minutes looking at your info and make a snap judgement and everybody bows to their authority.

just learn a bit of biochemistry and pharmaceuticals and figure shit out yourself.

>you trained abs for HOW many minutes over 7?!

>just be a doctor, bro

Fuck off

>GOMAD?
>dont mind if I do!

lel, last time I went to the ER there were 3 "doctors" looking up in a computer how to do my fucking procedure

socialized healthcare btw

people stll post this?

story time

>be 15
>paramedics come to our school and park outside as part of an events day when the other kids were sitting exams inside
>everyone outside sitting on police motorcycles and shit as part of this event
>me and my mate go over to the ambulance and the 2 guys welcome us inside
>they show us a slideshow of various accidents people got themselves into doing stupid shit
>me and mate pissing ourselves laughing along with the paramedic guys at all the silly injuries from nights out etc
>each time they clicked the mouse to go to the next slide a new eruption of laughter echoed round the ambulance
>left the ambulance with a sore face and a free set of scrubs
>no one else that day was offered scrubs

What happened to you, user?

nothing huge, just a cyst in my armpit that hurt like an absolute motherfucker.

because it's socialized, people go to the ER for shit like this all the time.

God damnit... What's wrong with a shoulder width grip bent over row?

>They'll spend two minutes looking at your info and make a snap of judgement
Yes that's called actually knowing what's wrong through experience/schooling

>Huh what's this bump on my arm
>Let's check webmd for a bit
>It's cancer
>I'm already dead
Gee real helpful

Attached: cavaliere_of_infernal_mistakes.jpg (547x547, 70K)

o crap i meant to say barbell upright row. nothing wrong with bent rows with shoulder width grip, in fact they are what took my back to the next level.

>Yes that's called actually knowing what's wrong through experience/schooling

in some cases. more often than not, it's just the doctor taking an educated guess without looking at the details. nothing wrong with that, but still doesn't mean that their snap judgments should be counted as authoritative.

webmd fucking sucks and i'm not in any way suggesting people use it

Yes that is how my anus turned inside out. Now please stuff it back in, no homo btw.

>Sir, I understand your passion for your work.

>But please refrain from deadlifting in the morgue.

>This is the third time I've caught you this week in the medical freezer trying to steal anabolic steroids.

>Hand over those scrubs and get out of here before I call security.

steroids aren't kept in the fridge unless we're talking about half-used vials for some reason. Growth hormone and insulin are though. Also she's not going to have access to them herself.

Wow they couldn't do a simple I&D?
