I was fat as fuck a few years ago, was up to 365. I'm at 230 now. Honestly the "fat shaming" memes and stuff actually helped me. It was a wakeup call that diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure never gave me. I'm diabetes free now and no health problems. If I continued to ignore it and think it was "muh genetics" I never would have lost weight and would probably be dead at 50. Honestly I'm glad the "hate" existed as it helped me realize that fat me wasn't really me.
