JB’s 5x5 icf is the best program in lifting history.
It's basically an easier to stall and stagnate on SL 5x5 with way too much volume for a beginner.
bloho has no fucking idea how to train beginners, beginners need LESS volume to progress, he's retarded to the max.
Less? I made gains on his program, went from a 2plate deadlift to 4 and a half in 6 months. He’s a living legend.

He used to have a separate YouTube channel from JB fitness where he talked about firearms and politics, he said he deleted most of the videos because of some new Jewtube regulations but yeah he is a bit of a nutcase socially. He might be a nutter but the dude knows how to train he is genuinely strong.
A few years ago he trolled some people by making some ridiculous claims (mercenary, etc) clearly it was YouTube entertainment and trolling but some autists with less than 1 briancell didn't like it and started a campaign against him. Even today there are entire forums dedicated to bashing Blaha
Then there are also people paid by the supplement industry (like shadowman) to take down his channel because he speaks out against supplement scams

5x5 sets across on squats 3 days a week holy shit lmao
3x5 twice a week gave me a 4 plate squat for reps, anything more than that is completely unecessary and just makes you stall faster.

I don’t run his 5x5 anymore I maxed out my beginner gains along time ago, I’m currently on a cut steady repping around 2pl8s for repppzz but come October I’m heading for 3pl8 gang. The volume isn’t that bad either it’s only 3 days a week and when you start you recover pretty quickly.
