I'm going into eight grade next year and I want to get stronger for sports and stuff. I do football, basketball, and track and field which is really important for me. I want to get more athletic before the summer ends. Hopefully you guys can help me and stuff. Pic related is me.
What Should I Do To Get Stronger?
So, first, what you'll want to do is find a good source of protein. I myself suck raw ants through a tube which I put inside their nest, but grasshoppers are fine too. Then you (as expected) need to go to the gym. The only acceptable way to lift is to gather any 2.5 lb and 5lb plates and rack them in different ways on a bar. Then drop it on your neck. Hopefully, this will work out and you'll stop fucking blogposting you waste of air.
