getting kind of frustrated at myfitnesspal food options. Why the fuck do they have every processed food under the sun and yet they don't have "2 medium eggs, scrambled"?

that pic caught me off guard

You can put your own in.

I CAN FEEL IT COMING IN THE AIR TONIGHT

Attached: 1526372459564.jpg (747x754, 71K)

oh I know, I just think it's ridiculous

Mfp is incredibly inaccurate anyway m8

i feel bloated. What do? Stop water intake? INCREASE water intake? I haven't changed my carb consuption so that's not it

rate my dinner

R E P E N T

Back down to under 220 after a bad weekend. Need to find a cheap gym for 5x5 on saturday, already have college gym for T/Th. I'm considering swimming for my cardio requirements, since my joints are so shit from years of 300+.

I mean I didn't eat the entire fucking pot, this thing is for the week

How do I retrain my taste buds? Most greens legitimately make me gag.

Starting to lose weight and when I look back at what I was actually eating it makes me feel sick.

It's going to take a while to lose this weight but it will be worth it, I'm 220 at 5'9". Strangely enough it has only really been the last 10lbs that has made me look like complete shit.

Look into traditional Chinese greens. A lot of people say their vegetable sides are better than the meat dishes.Yu Choy is really sweet. I just boil it for 60 seconds and put some oyster sauce on it. Minimal effort.

Dice everything real finely and mix with other stuff. Like rice or meat

Thanks user, I pass by chinatown on the way to work anyway, I'll pick some up.

looks real good user. Does this really last the whole week in the fridge? My problem with making meals in advance is that most things get spoiled 4 days in

when do I start seeing a difference? I've gone from 230 to 190 lbs and some clothes don't really fit anymore but I don't think I look different at all

Attached: New Canvas.jpg (1000x861, 93K)

Help please.

I was a special needs child that was made fat by my retarded feminist coal burning mother and I got mentally ill and non-independent as an adult and more fat.

I went from 208kg to 80kg in around a year after CICO during my recovery from extreme psychosis.

My skin is gross when I lay down but looks okay when standing up, it’s the worst on my legs.

I’m an average hight female and I bench press 34kg on my arms and 80kg on the leg press every second day, and I walk almost every day.

Do I eat 1700 calories or 1800 calories to make sure my skin catches up?

Will it catch up?

Attached: AF790DE4-195E-4689-A582-B567FC50433F.jpg (750x497, 55K)

>when do I start seeing a difference?
keep going , you're doing fine

Attached: 1519775346834.png (800x800, 1M)

You lost a lot under your chest, just make sure you don't eat sugar, low carbs and eat at a cal deficit. If it's not noticeable you might be eating glucose or sucralose, which can stop fat loss. Also make sure you lift light weights and build muscle everywhere.

age and height

I see a major difference.

Keep going. Would animal fuck the one on the right

>Do I eat 1700 calories or 1800 calories to make >sure my skin catches up?

>Will it catch up?
look into intermittent fasting or reg fasting
to get autophagy
>I went from 208kg to 80kg
fucking hell , good job
but surgery might be an option

well done with fat loss gyal

Anyone have some advice on losing weight on SSRIs? Before I was taking them I wasn't fat, maybe 190lbs at 6 foot but now I'm up to about 212. I was able to get down to 196 before but I stalled and started to sin. I track my calories but it doesn't seem like I lose any weight at all now. Anyone else have this issue? Going off SSRIs is not an option.

looks tasty
omad ? lol

Attached: frogs and feels.png (1029x409, 58K)

Nothing you can do. One of the side effects of SSRIs is making you're body a perpetual motion machine, in that you store more calories than you put in.
It sucks, but that's how it is.

Post feet

Sleep has a lot to do with water retention too, make sure your getting plenty of it. Otherwise just drink fucktons of water every day

wat? sucralose is a chemical that your body can't process. also I lost all of my weight eating like 70% calories from carbs, I tried the keto meme but it made me feel like shit and I never felt full. I did cut out refined sugar/flour though.

that might be it, my allergies flared and I sneezed the whole fucking night. Thanks mate

I get the same confusion over skinless chicken breast. There's so much variation in calories, protein, and sodium etc that it's practically useless. I found 6 oz chicken breast measurements that go low as 230 calories to as high as over 500, with protein that is 30-70 grams per serving. It's ridiculous.

It's because chicken breast is sometimes pumped with saline to increase the weight

hey user, I've been taking antipsychotics for roughly two and a half years now and it fucked me up. Let me tell you my story. I used to be a 95lbs petite girl with abs without really even trying before being cornered by my mom into going to the hospital for my sleep issues -insomnia- caused by manic depressive tendencies. Anyways, I got put on zyprexa, the infamous drug that studies have shown to increase glucose levels, cause diabetes and over 30 percent of body mass weight gain.
Let's just focus on the weight aspect. In 6 months to a year I had put on 40lbs.
For other side effects, I decided to say nothing and stop taking it. I also dieted and eventually did OMAD. I lost 30lbs in 3 months mainly because the main side effect of the drug is ravenous hunger and loss of satiety which disappeared about a week after I stopped taking it, and I was back to eating 1000cals and feeling full. Anyways, I had to go through withdrawals which were headaches, irritation and loss of sleep. It wasnt too hard since I was a NEET.
Fast forward to like 3 months after I had reached goal weight, and I had a psychotic episode which led me to the psychiatric hospital for 2 months. I was put on heavy antipsychotics at high dosage and went from 90lbs to 120lbs in just that time. After that I pleaded my psychiatrist to put me back on zyprexa, because compared to the other ones, it didnt give me nerve damage and heart issues due to neuromalignant syndrome. I survived, but put back in seven months more weight. I'm now 150lbs, and guess what, I'm giving it a go again. fuck meds, the were going to kill me. I stopped taking it less than a week ago, and lost 5lbs. Been there done that. This time though, I'm going to supplement with the med whenever I feel like I'm losing it, instead of not paying attention enough to realize I was going insane. Anyways, sorry for long post, all I'll say is experiment with doses, consider taking weight loss breaks like I do, and monitor closely.

I just read this, and it gave me a hearty chuckle: archive.fo/EdgRg

Put in “egg” and then select the closest thing to what you ate. The scrambled part doesn’t seem important, though.

That sounds terrible. I was on effexor about a long time ago but for only 9 months or so. I dieted and worked out during that time and got cut and it was really easy but my dick broke on it and every night I would start to get the beginings of withdrawal since it has a short half life. I missed one dose once because I didn't have enough until I got my prescription refilled and didn't think it was a big deal. I was dizzy, had the brain zaps every time I moved, felt sick, was sweaty. Sure as shit as soon as I took it again within an hour I felt great. It was a long process getting off that shit. I can miss my lexapro dosage for 2 days and be fine and my dick works but i have weight gain. Guess it's just trade offs

ahhahahaha how the fuck is obesity real just don't eat lmao hahahaha like nigga just do nothing at all hahahahah

Attached: 1525095991008.jpg (244x209, 24K)

yeah man, its really trade offs. weighing in...no pun intended...the pros and the cons. You might have some leeway on how to space out your meds to create a window of lack of hunger and adjusting the dosages. I would suggest asking for effexor again 'just in case' and taking it everyday, but taking the lexapro each two days. Might work like that. Also, yeah consider going for a period of abstinence. I lost my libido completely on meds. Yesterday I was close to orgasming with my boyfriend which hasnt happened in years. And I'm convinced that its being put on med that led me to the psychotic episode too. I was sane before it, just very loopy and high energy because I'm type I which is leaning on the manic side. Anyways, I'm convinced it fucked up my receptors and led to the auditive hallucinations that threw me into the looney bin. Beware of meds, man. Seriously. I learned later that zyprexa was for schizophrenics too, who knows if it didnt reverse engineer the disease in my brain by fucking with my synapses. Lucky for me, there's something called synaptic plasticity and I'm pretty sure I can cure the last remnants of it, intrusive thoughts, by practicing meditation which has proved conclusive already. To be honest, the mind is very resilient but the body takes the toll of the medication. I'd also suggest trying other meds, since you could find a shoe to your feet that fits much better perhaps. There's plenty. I'm going to discuss abilify with my doctor next time I see her because it has little to no weight impact, and doesnt cause diabetes. I just have to pray its not part of the ones that caused neuromalignant syndrome. Honestly, the more I think about my predicament, the more I prefer the illness to its cure and I'm much more inclined to taking the fast track and just ride or die basically, because I dont want to die in a couple years a morbidly obese diabetic. I'd rather off myself skinny and healthy in the body with a tortured mind. Just saying.

Actually season them

>by practicing meditation which has proved conclusive already.
i drop links to meditation here on fit because it was the only thing other than ambien that helped me .

Attached: fast.jpg (488x650, 259K)

Idk my hight, was told it was average

nice man, I used to be spiritually interested in meditation before I became cognitively inclined to practicing it, if that's an euphemistic way to put it.
I remember back in the days, I would turn off all the lights in my room, sprinkled some rose petals on a rug I would sit on and put this song on, and just space out listening to it, focusing on the conception of nothingness in my mind. Now the way I do it is more or less philosophical. Since I have intrusive thoughts, rather than pure nothing, I just analyze them and then consciously deconstruct them and go to the root of the issue and fix it by realizing I can control these thoughts too. I would be scared at first of these unwanted thoughts, but then I had a breakthrough by focusing on what I am afraid of and actively mindfully destroying the thoughts that caused me fear. It worked. Now each night, in bed, which is the time these thoughts manifest themselves, it takes a good hour of this work before I can sleep tranquil and rest easy.

The trick with MFP is to use the ingredients, not recipes.

So if you have 2 scrambled eggs, put the brand (Kroger, whatever) of eggs in like pic related. Make sure you include butter/olive oil, etc if you cook with that.
How many servings?
Cut out the processed/oversalted/oversugared shit and switch to a vegetable you can stand. Eventually you'll be able to work in actual greens more and more. Steamed broccoli is a favorite of mine. I eat 1-2lbs a day...
Same here. I used to eat a medium pizza, wings, and garlic bread from dominos a couple times a week...plus a gallon of milk a day, cookies, medium/large grinders/subs, etc. I was a mess.
Post a before picture so we can compare
Slower weight less generally = less loose skin, but losing that much weight it's unavoidable. You might have to get it surgically removed. Post a pic
Use the same brand and make sure it matches your packaging. Some entries are cooked, breaded, etc.
How do you not know your height? Don't you go to a doctor? Or just measure yourself against a wall to get a close enough number

Attached: file.png (593x108, 8K)

At my current rate I'll be under 200 (actually 199.8) by the end of the month. I probably won't, but it's nice to dream.

I haven't been under 200lbs for as long as I can remember.

Started my second PSMF run today, wish me luck lads

Did my first one for about 8 weeks and went from 235 to 195 pounds and ~30 to 19% bodyfat, then maintained for about six weeks. Hoping to get below 175 on this run as that should get pretty close to putting me below 12%, from there it’s back to “normal” dieting to get down to sub-10%
Maybe a bit ambitious but may as well shoot for the stars

Congrats! What height gives you that chart out of curiosity?

holy shit congrats dude

sorry was ment for whoops

I'm 6'2" (188cm).
Both are me, so no worries. And thanks a lot. I was hoping to hit it by my birthday last Friday but ended up being a bit late. Oh well.

Opinions on counting calories?

It works. See I didn't do any meme diets. I didn't fast. I just ate less calories than my body used during the day.

>How many servings?
more than 4kg serving size in total, so I guess something like 10 servings.

I’m your height and I’m about to hit under 200 too :). Your lose is more impressive tho.

Progress is progress, great work.

My MFP doesn't show the change/percentage. Is that an IOS or premium thing?

Artificial sweeteners still causes the body to react to it like it would to sugar, things like insulin still gets released

8 more lbs until I hit my goal weight.

It’s probably an ios thing

OMAD is probably the best diet I've ever discovered. Been going a little over 3 months and lost a little over 40 lbs so far. Forgot to take before pictures so I don't know how much thinner I look, but I can put my belt on the 4th loop for the first time in 7 years.

I'm starting to work in some lifting to my day so I don't end up a lanklet, I work from home so I'm about as sedentary as one can get.

>Been experimenting with fasting
>Best I could do was 2 days at a time.
>Meanwhile decide to make myself an omelette for the first time in 15 years
>Wait this tases far better than I remember
Been eating 2 cheese +/ ham omelettes on the days I'm not fasting for the last 2 weeks and I can't get enough of them.

Attached: 1527782153596.png (794x841, 724K)

Not true, there's lots of different artificial sweeteners and your body reacts to them in different ways, and some brands like Splenda add fillers that spike blood sugar even though sucralose itself doesn't

You 5'2 or something?

Gastric sleeve day after tomorrow. Been fasting 3 days to prep and get all flushed out. I am just really going to be pissed if I die on the table.

Attached: 1531761389124.jpg (172x190, 14K)

down 42 kg from 150 to 108 in about 3 months

feels good man flying home from tomorrowland trip in 2 hours

back to fucking training, diet is on point gotta get down to 80 kg

Height and are you noticing loose skin?

have you tried lifting?

Keep telling yourself that your body's metabolism is unaffected by artificial sweeteners

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4661066/

I don't use sweeteners anymore and I'm not saying they aren't bad, I'm just saying that each one has different effects on the body and some are worse than others

just emailed my favorite fitness coach that I discovered on youtube to ask them questions about joining their coaching program. I'm so excited, I hope after telling them my life story they'll accept me into their program. They're very demanded, so I hope I make it.
Lord jesus, make it happen.

Yeah it's impossible to find anything because there's dozens of dozens of user submitted bullshit that isn't even right half the time. I just add the foods I really eat to my own personal database.

Please tell me it’s free

I know how many calories the stuff I eat is via google, MFP just helps me keep it all organized so I can keep track easier.

>175cm
>around 90kg

is there any way i can look "good" in 11 months? got little bit muscle under my layer of fat but not much.

Getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow. Eating food will probably suck, so I just thought I'd get a 36 hour headstart on a fast. It's always boredom that brings me back to food, I hope I can keep myself entertained somehow.

better hide the straws faggot

Do some squats because proportion is beauty what's the point losing all that weight if you're going too look like popsicle

How about a fucking job you NEET faggot?

>hurrying home to take a shit
>brisk walk for close to 20 mins without stopping
>feet didn't even hurt
I-I'm making it bros

First time under 200 in years. Had a cheat meal which I feel kind of bad about, but not really, at most 2.5k calories for the day.

I have managed to get over the 259/260 plateau. I just stopped tracking my weight after I kept fucking up for something like a week and a half to lose more than a pound (and regain it). I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday though, and want to show the guy my improvement over the past 2 months how much I've lost. Hopefully I can manage to get down to 20 lbs lost, currently at around 18lbs (technically since June 15th but last appointment was sometime mid May.) Hopefully can get down to 30 lbs lighter by August 14th when I move. (274>255 currently)

>omelettes
literally the perfect food. filling as fuck, cheap and takes

>October 29th 2017
105,2kg
>July 25th 2018
74,2kg

Now I just gotta escape skinnyfat hell. But thanks to you /fat/ I realised I was a fat piece of shit and that I needed to change. It was fucking hard but you were there when others didn't help. Keep going /fat/bros, we're all gonna make it.

Attached: 1521075362973.jpg (3264x2448, 1.24M)

>loose almost 100 pounds over last 2 years
>finally not overweight anymore
>still feel shit
>still NEET
>still no gf
If anything losing weight is just making me feel worse because now I realize there really is no light at the end of this fucking tunnel.

Is keto ok if I have blood pressure problems?
I went keto by accident once and my gf accused me of sniffing nail polish to get high.

Also I'm 190cm 400lb

>Day 10
>Every meal feels like i'm cheating while i'm just staying loyal to my diet
>Water became enjoyable again after a few days of despising it
>Managed to force my fat body through 2 pushups and am starting to build stronger chest muscles
>Got my first real sex dream ever last night where it felt so real that i couldn't believe it when i actually woke up

How are we holding up /fat?

Attached: 1517686064_29c6a65f.jpg (400x400, 16K)

Ask a doctor first of course. Seriously, get your blood checked before doing it, there's a multitude of problems that can go wrong when you transition into a full keto diet, some people even die. And the fact you're 400 lbs isn't doing you any favors, you're probably pre-diabetic. Keto is the healthiest but I would still be monitored while your transitioning if I were you.

But if you want my opinion you should just eat everything in the food pyramid and have a balanced diet until you hit like 300. It will be easy as hell if your 400 because your TDEE is so high.

If I overate X amount of calories over my goal would I make up for it if I subtract X amount from following days?

pic from fat times ans how tall are you?

I mean yes in theory you would lose the same amount of weight, but if you eat X amount of calories the weight you gain or lose is dependent on a smaller period of time then just a few days. Your body fully digests food and metabolizes it pretty quickly, you can digest a meal within 6-8 hours. But if you have a bigger deficit the next day of course your going to lose more weight in theory so it doesn't really make a difference. Just fast the next day or something if your really feeling guilty.

Pretty easily. Pick any decent routine and drop your calories by 500 below maintenance.
You should look great in 11 months, if you lose 0.5kg a week that's 22 KG in that span of time, so you'll be around 70KG.

Got wawa and dunkin donuts breakfast on my way in to work today. Fuck I've been doing pretty good recently though.

Attached: 1531369223663.jpg (540x540, 34K)

youll see the difference in 4 thing: weight, your measures, the weights you lift and how you feel

every week, try to record this data: compare your weight, your measures, try no write down your progression and how you feel in your everyday (just the feel of more healty is enoughto see that your making progress)

Keep going and dont stop! Watch out your macros and micros and dont fall for the runing for fat loss meme! You have a great stone, now you've got to scuplture it!

And try to compare yourself in the mirror in the same pose with the same clothes!

sitting in bed triggers me to binge eat
what the fuck

Attached: 1529732394754.png (645x729, 69K)

Alright boys, had my first training session with a trainer who wrote me up a work out plan which is:

Rowing: 5 minutes
45 Degree Leg Press: 2-4 sets of 12
Hack Squat: 3-4 sets of 12
Chest Press, Seated: 3-4 sets of 12 (25kg)
Row, Seated: 3-4 sets of 12 (25kg)
Should Press Machine 3-4 sets of 12 (15kg)
Lat Pulldown, Seat: 3-4 sets of 12 (20kg)
Planks 6 for 10 seconds each
Bicep curl, Cable: 4 sets of 12
Cable Rope Pushdown: 4 sets of 12
Treadmill Speed 6.5kw for about 25-30 mins

Rate my workout, a problem ive been told i have is my biceps are taking all the strain especially at the pulldown one, they see my other muscles shaking/doing work its just that my biceps are taking most of the focus, anyone have any videos or advice to help me with this problem? We all gonna make it.

Congrats. You sometime managed to train your body to associate the bed with binging. Only and I mean only sleep or fuck inyour bed! Ever!

>lost 20kg
>lost 15cm from my gut
>my cardio has probably never been as good as it is today
>no longer obese just overweight
>bmi is probably lower than it has been in 10 years

>still don't feel like I look any less fat really
>in fact starting weightloss made me realize how fat I actually am
>still so long to go
>getting less and less vigilant with my diet each day
>doing my exercises with more and more reluctance each day

yeah I guess taking a week to watch the entirety of star gate sg1 in my bed was not the best idea
