Penis ligament surgery

My penis is extremely stiff and can’t point down past 2 o clock or else it hurts and I want to do the surgery to loosen it because this can make some positions really risky. I also heard it increases length? How much would my length increase if my tendon is super tight?
Anyone have experience with this? How do the length gains work? Do you have to use a pump afterwards for up to a year to make the gains? How’s it work? Some insight on it from people who are knowledgeable or did it themselves would be nice

I had that too, i took pills twice a day for it, no problem after that. I think the meds were called boffadees, doctor prescribed them to me no problem.

Felt really good tho I don’t think anything tore it was like popping a knuckle. I’ve torn ligaments in my ankle and shoulder and it hurt for weeks and months after but my dick felt really good within seconds.
