Henry Torres
Congrats bro, a good way to make a garage spacre useful.
If you can save up I'd recommend getting a curl bar too for funsies, and maybe some dumbells. A piece of advice: open the garage door when you lift. Otherwise you will pass out!
Christopher Torres
You park your car in a gym?
This guy doesnt give a fuck does he. Floor is pedo pattern btw.
Mason Murphy

Jaxon Nguyen

Carter Bell
Did this guy steal your oneitis or something? Saged
Gabriel Clark
what's with the squatamalan gf?
Robert Martin
Good shit man. I would check how much weight the bench itself can handle. Some of the cheaper ones are only rated to the 300lb mark.
Elijah Evans
Literally all anyone needs to get in amazing shape are adjustable-weight dumbbells, a mat, and a bike or rowing machine. I can't believe all you fucking losers are wasting your money on gym memberships so you can waste your time queuing up in front of stinky assholes and disgusting whores for meme-machines. It actually makes me laugh my fucking nuts off. You fucking nobs are doing workouts four times a week on meme-machines while I'm working out multiple times a day (which is better) and it's fun as shit.
Honestly, I'm laughing so hard at how stupid you all are falling for the gym meme. If you really loved working out you would join a club so you could socialize over a shared passion, but most of you definitely aren't doing that. You're just getting scammed. You should be spending that money on better nutrition or literally anything else.
Camden King
>Literally all anyone needs to get in amazing shape are adjustable-weight dumbbells, a mat, and a bike or rowing machine
No. All you need is a mat, rack/cage, barbell, plates, and bench. All that other shit is secondary for a home gym.
You fucked up with that non-olympic babby bar
Jose Barnes
No. All you need is steroids and your own bodyweight.
Brayden White
>No. All you need is a mat, rack/cage, barbell, plates, and bench. All that other shit is secondary for a home gym. Wrong. Barbells are secondary to dumbbells, just as machine weights are secondary to barbells. Dumbbells are superior, not just because they give you greater options for variety of exercises, but because they force you to develop more balance and control before you can add more weight. Barbells are still great, much better than machines for fundamentals, but dumbbells are the best.
They also take up way less space and are convenient to travel with. They're also way cheaper. Obviously having the full home gym set is best, but the fact is that most people here would benefit more from just having some dumbbells at home than having a gym membership. Paying hundreds (or thousands) more per year for the extra equipment is a waste of money when the overwhelming majority of people can't get down to the gym multiple times a day, let alone everyday. With a good dumbbell set you can be a student living in a tiny, shitty dorm room with very little money and still get in great shape if you know what you're doing.
Xavier Butler
jej, keep telling yourself that. Everyone can see you're just coping for the fact that you have no rack or barbell. enjoy your flatlining gains from the lack of higher-weight progression with DBs.
Chase Diaz
but they don’t make 200lb dumbbells so I can squat and dead lift
Christopher Hill
incel detected
Nicholas Martin
nigger you barbell lift for strength and dbell for hypertrophy >still not having figured this out
Jordan Reyes
I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm not interested in putting on weight, only building explosiveness and strength relative to size. The dumbbells go all the way to 80kg each, plenty of room for improvement and variety of exercises. They allow for more freedom of movement so you can adjust your form to allow for the increase in weight while your whole body gets used to it.
Let me guess though, you go to the gym 4-5 times a week for like two hours, doing everything with perfect form before adding a precious few kilos to your bench every month or some shit like that. And let me guess, you eat inorganic meat because organic meat is too expensive? Enjoy your life as a retard then.
Kayden Mitchell
>Paying hundreds (or thousands) more per year for the extra equipment >barbell, plates, and rack cost tons of money >dumbbells 4life Fucking YIKES, I seriously hope you don't believe this. For fucks sake, you can get a cage in the 200-300 range, and less if just getting squat stands. Decent oly bar for 100. Plates for like 0.7 $/lb. Even less if all this stuff is acquired second-hand.
You can have a decent gym setup without dumbbells, but you cann't have a decent setup without a true barbell. Anything else is just rationalization and cognitive dissonance because you're too weak to accept the fact that your dumbbell setup is shit.
You're not putting on any lower body strength with your shitty DBs m8. Keep coping.
Carter Perez
I was referring there where you quoted me to gym memberships. Still, dumbbells are way cheaper regardless, more convenient, and better for building strength that actually matters.
Jeremiah Collins
I never said anything about gym memberships
Joseph Russell
This isn't your blog faggot fuck off and read the sticky
