FUCKIN MEAL PREPs

I need help trying to figure out my meal prepping, I have chicken breast and broccoli I was planning on doing.
>I'm 5'10 with a weight of 250
> I run 2 miles in 27 minutes
>I do stairs
>work out at gym
Its been 3 months, my eating habits havent been the best but with the work I do im surprised I havent lost weight. Any advice or anything I should change?
> By the way, whats a good portion of chicken breast in one meal. 1 oz, 5 oz?

>calorie intake by tdee is 3,300
Should i make it less?

How clarify my work outs and all that I do if needed, I'll be around checking in if anyone can help.

>I know my eating habits need to be on points which is what im fucking upon, which is why I come here now for assistance in how to meal prep with the correct portion and food....
>Also for any advice or tips in good cardio or core work outs that has worked for y'all

I mean if you're not shedding any weight, you're eating too many calories. It's quite simple, if you're fine with it then you should cut down 500 to 1000 calories and see if you're making more progress this way. if you struggle with feeling full, eat more fiber and water heavy veggies, like cucumbers and watermelon as a snack. they're barely any calories and mostly just water.

fat faggot im 175 lb and when I cut I go down to 1500-1800. Fucking lol at your fat ass trying to lose weight on 3k+

Eat about 2500 calories clean, and see what happens. Running is good exercise but eating less and keeping track of CICO will help you shed intelligently

i'll try that , lowering it 1,000 calories and eating heavy veggies

I plan on trying to write down all that calories I take in, but would it be better to do it in 3 meals or 5 ?

motherfucker im an inch taller than you 185 pounds and eating 1800 cal a day to loose weight while going to the gym 4 times a week and cardio on weekends
how the fuck is tdee 3,300 if you started 3 months ago, i should be eating that amount if i wanted to gain weight

Do planks if you want a strong core all types of variations. Squats and deadlifts will also build up your core.
The easiest way I do it to lose weight, I stop eating. I'll almost always feel a little hungry. When I eat, I only eat enough to get me back to comfortable, but I'll be *very slightly* hungry most of the day except right before bed because hunger keeps me awake all night.

I always skip breakfast too

I dont think protein timing matters much but 40g per aint bad in chicken. Carb timing does matter because insulin so keep carb portions smaller unless you IF and even then gotta be smart. 150g carbs fats protein at once should be considered a cheat meal regardless the contents. Im 250lbs too and the last time I dropped to 205 it was all about IF 16/8 and miniscule carb portions, 80g fat for the day. I never gained lifts but didnt backpeddle either, tdee was, according to scale/macros about 2400 lifting 5/week (ate 1700). Lost 2lbs / week. 3300 sounds like a major overestimate.

Looks like this tdee must be broken then.

>PLanks
>squats
>deadlift
> so eating less in portions of meals, leaving yourself slightly hungry

So you are still eating more than your maintenance calories, what do you expect?

thats the reason I came for help, trying to figure whats right bcs I know I was wrong.

> small portions of carbs = less grams of fat
>intake much less calories... yeah 3,300 is a lot, seeing what everyone else is working with

>2 miles in 27 minutes
Found your problem

it a work in progress, what will be your ideal time for 2 miles?

It doesn’t matter, whatever suits you

You're not at moderate exercise. 2 miles a week and a few sessions at the gym isn't moderate, it's light at best

I know I can do better, 18 minutes will be badass.

Also, if you're eating at your fucking tdee then you can't be surprised you're not losing weight. Eat at a deficit like everyone is suggesting

cardio was about 4 times a week with 20 sets of 3 flight of stairs.

Like 12 minutes or so

>that's the plan bud.

thanks, ill probably do the 3

thats my first mile! about 11 minutes then after that I fuck up and slow it down. 12 minutes for 2 miles is one hell of a time.

My ideal (for now) for 1 mile is 7 minutes. I think my latest run last night went below 8 minutes but I decided I was gonna run for fun and didn't time it.
I usually get 2 miles between 17 to 20 min

that sounds great user. Keep that up.
