He most certainly is.
>MMA is a martial art in itself
I always lose my shit when I hear this

It is, you don't need to learn all the flowery shot from each individual martial art, just learn MMA.

Hitting ze bong too?

Wrong
Right

OP, boxing is the only correct answer for the martial art which is "best" for fitness. Muay Thai only does 3 rounds x 3 minutes of fighting, boxing is up to 12 rounds x 3 mins. Not to mention, muay thai if they get tired punching/elbows they use their feet/knees, boxing has no reprieve - it's just punching upon punching. Their stamina is incredible.
source: watch how mcfaggor gassed against 40yo Mayweather and could hardly keep his arms up.

>get punched a lot in the face
>become retarded

Literally every professional MMA fighter will disagree with you.
It's learning to paint by studying how to mix colours instead of actually fucking painting

I would say either of those would be best, I train in boxing but I mostly do bag work and drills by myself, which is I know not really training. But it's the only kind of conditioning I really enjoy and can stay in shape year-round with. They've proven that even a sparring session, like avg 8 shots to the head will give you brain damage. Something like muay thai is smarter because it distributes the trauma more widely and you're still learning something practical.

bjj can get you ottermode if the diet is correct but that will probably bring you more injuries than boxing desu.

Well in that case just go the full way and do MMA instead since it distributes the trauma even further and allows you to rest while on the ground with your dick near his anoos.

just so you know your are extremely ignorant. Muay Thai fighters don't kick when they gas, in fact, it's the literal opposite of what they would do. Clinching is allowed in Muay Thai, as well as kicks, elbows, and knees; making it the most versatile striking martial art.
Not mention they do spinning shit.
McGregor gassed before Mayweather because he doesn't have a lifetime of conditioning to 12 round fights. The fact he lasted so long and hung with Mayweather's boxing was a win in itself

How's that kata coming along, faggot?

Greco-Roman.
Not only will it keep you incredibly fit and strong ( you need to already be that way before starting though ), it's also very practical in a real fight.

>just learn MMA
you probably dont even understand what MMA is short for you absolute brainlet

It's a picking of the best moves of various other inferior arts to make a super saiyan martial art. Where's your God now, bitch?

Guy looks like shit despite being on roids lmao.

running, avoid any fight its not worth it

>Literally the happy merchants karate
