If I'm eating 150g of protein a day what difference will eating 1500 vs 2500 calories be
How the fuck do calories make you lift more? How do they help you recover. If MPS is instigated with PROTEIN, how will shoving more calories give me faster gains??? Answer me!!
Calories are energy, if you eat more you're able to do more without being burned out fast. Protein just helps ur muscle recover.

>It has been understood for more than half a century that the ability of muscle to exercise is seriously compromised when the glycogen store is reduced to low levels, even when there is an abundance of other fuel sources (Bergström et al. 1967). >Thus, Hultman and co-workers demonstrated a strong correlation between muscle glycogen content and endurance capacity during prolonged cycling exercise (Bergström et al. 1967) and an inability to continue such exercise when the glycogen stores were exhausted (Hermansen et al. 1967). >These observations have subsequently been confirmed in numerous studies and it is now well established that there is a close relationship between muscle glycogen content and fatigue resistance, both during prolonged (more than 1 h) and during high-intensity intermittent exercise (Pernow & Saltin, 1971; Gollnick et al. 1972; Bangsbo et al. 1992; Hargreaves et al. 1995). >However, the precise mechanism linking glycogen to muscle function remains elusive.

I want to buy a box, connected by tube to her asshole. I will live in this box, I will suffer in this box, and I shall die in this box.
Until I have become one with her profane scent, betwixt the point of man and mould, a sort of... feacal fungus given thought and limited ambulation, destined only for pain of the nostril, unto which gases sour and sharp might stain and singe, the acidic breath of the coin rimmed dragon, suffused the air of my soul, the admixture any alchemist would most surely divine as the elixr immortality might be sought from. And it is in that dastardly immortality, of the arsedly flatulence, where I might find truthfully, and finally, the greatest pleasure of living conciousness and being.
I will become a god, in the abode under the goddess. Where true brilliance might be heard, and I shall translate this message to the underlings beneath us, the peons who denigrated my plans, and called them unseemly and grotesque. And I shall laugh, as I compose epics and fables, of her farts.
so... yet to explain at all how calories or "bulking" is superior to "cutting" regarding muscle building if protein remains constant. So if a person could work out the same on 1500 calories vs 2500 calories, they would have the same exact results, according to you
no shit calories are energy, retards. How does a caloric SURPLUS biochemically affect muscle protein synthesis if PROTEIN is CONSTANT

Since you have more energy you can force your muscles to work longer/harder
Is this a joke

>2 people wake up at 9:00 >both have 1000 calories preworkout/breakfast >one eats 2000 more calories the rest of the day >the other eats only 1000 calories the rest of the day >both go to the gym on the same calories, yet one is on a surplus while the other is on a deficit, both have equal macros and energy levels at the gym
you fuckin' retarded, dude? Like is your IQ that low? 95?

More calories - probs more carbs - more glycogen stored in muscle - more sugar available to use for energy - increased ability of contraction - increased weight moved / time under tension - adapting to increased strength/endurance - THEN comes in protein - more gains

dude, stop and think...breath....carbs, amino acids, lipids, and nucleic acids are the only source of energy your body can use and uses them in that order. Potential energy your body can utilize is measure in Kcal. You have a daily caloric need and if you do not give yourself enough your body will start breaking down reserves, like PROTEIN, glycogen, or lipids. If you want to build muscle you have to eat enough whatever the fuck so that your body can use that protein you're consuming to build more muscle.
Carson Allen
Carbs provide energy aka ATP for your muscles. Promote growth.

What's with this fucking gray meme hair?

You need available energy for your body to built up mass. Your body will be too busy eating itself while cutting to add any mass. Unless you're on dat dere celltech, of course
