Because I sleep on my back
why do you assume that I haven't? what are you some kind of kikeniggerjew?
Based & Redpilled, OP is obviously a woman.
This
i sleep on my back
but I sleep on my stomach
Enjoy your sleep paralysis
I dont need to.
I never felt any fucking back pain or any pain from sleeping in my 25 years of life.
This whole "sleep right way" shit is just stupid.
I sleep life a fucking stone, nothing can wake me up.
If I would change they way I sleep, I would be tired all the time and life would just be bad.
How about you faggots just go out and lift some weight, make some stretching or yoga and not care about something as irrelevant and stupid as this shit.
sleep paralysis is exciting and leads to lucid dreams
i have muscular enough thighs
I usually just rock a pillow below the knees and the pillow on front of my chest. I also just have something supporting my lower back and something for my neck directly. Can sleep side or on back pretty well. Never wake up worse off than when I slept and always have ok to amazing sleep.
I almost fell into sleep paralysis while I was sleeping on my side/back was bretty cool
>Not sleeping on your back and not moving a single muscle to activate sleep paralysis and cause lucid dreams
Are you even trying to make it?
Is this a good way to punish myself for being a fat dyel?
I will when I fuck that cute anime girl in my controlled lucid dream faggot
Is this actually a thing? Without memeing can someone confirm how one gets lucid dreams, asking for a friend haha
lucid dreams are actually not good for you my friend.
Lucid is a meme, but you can dream while being aware you're dreaming. You're not going to magically spawn cute lolis, it'll just feel like muddy reality, and you'll usually instantly wake up upon realization.
IT IS still cool, though.
why not?
Yes. My lucid cream felt like I was in Tokyo on lsd. like asap rocky's L$D music video. No adverse affects.
they prevent you from haveing a deep sleep cycle and therefore to have the best rest.
But user, if I sleep with the pillow between me legs, what will I hold onto?
actually you can, and I've done it. but it's not spawned in front of you like gta.
What happened to me is I tried to spawn a naked girl and couldn't. But when i turned around a naked woman was right next to me. Sadly I got too excited and woke up, but that can be trained.
IF you train lucid dreaming it can be pretty great and a lot of fun
so moral of the story, if you dont have a working job and dont care about sleep, you should try to fall asleep on your back and not move and hope it just happens?
Can you lucid dream and make your muscles/dick bigger, and get it bigger IRL as a result?
>t. DYEL brainlet dicklet
I’m not brave enough to kill myself
Start writing (or recording on your phone) a description of your dreams as soon as you wake up.
In the first few days you probably wont remember a thing, but soon you will, and will start remembering more and more. This is component 1, to remember your dreams by r
recording them
You also need to start performing "reality-checks", things you do through the day to check you're awake. For some reason, you hands get messed up when you look at them in dreams, as well a writing and numbers. What you can do is check your watch or look at your hands during th day BUT you must remember to acknowledge you are not dreaming.
Easily in 2-3 weeks there will come a time in which you will be in a dream and remember to reality check. You will then realize you're dreaming, and enter a lucid dream.
In the firsst few times you will probably get very excited and wake up, but with training you'll be able to do it
Good dreams user
sleep paralysis is awesome as shit though
first two were scary, the second two were surreal and hilarious
I won't put a pillow between my legs until Jeff Cavaliere from ATHLEANx.com will tell me to do it.
Nah man, just do what i wrote on
nice, thanks user
its interesting the hands/watch thing
writing down dreams takes too fucking long. I've tried it and it's always more than a page. And I was just describing actions. Can't imagine how long it would get if I started describing the surroundings and the way people and things looked. And what I though at the time
I found that voice recording with my phone works very well
He already has, in his video discussing sleeping positions.

not so fast
actually makes sense. I suddenly realized that the most important part of writing down your dreams is recalling them (imo). So just saying them out loud should work or thinking them through (if i am correct). Like do you ever bother to listen to old recordings? I did the writing down thing for a week or so and never really cared to review older dreams
Who the fuck sleeps like a plank with their legs perfectly in line, one laying on top of the other? If you sleep on your side, you're going to have your legs splayed out like scissors.
Also I sleep on my front, always have ever since I was a kid. Some sperg is going to say this is wrong, but doing so apparently forced me to breath through my nose when I sleep because my chin would be forced shut when shoved against the pillow, thus making sure to avoid mouth breathing. So today my chin and jawline are strong as fuck.
This man is a miracle
Thanks Jeff
yeah I always get the urge to splay out my legs, but don't because I've seen the same thing OP is posting about. And I believe it I guess.
wow, I didn't expect that, thanks lads
He does God’s work
I have but mostly I sleep on my back and it's a pain in the ass to readjust the pillow for that mid-sleep.
broscience overload
>Who the fuck sleeps like a plank with their legs perfectly in line, one laying on top of the other?
Me desu.
I always snore when I sleep on my back
Bluepilled as fuck.
Ive found it impossible to sleep without something between my legs literally since before I can remember anything
>being an airwaylet
I don't know much about them but I had three this year. The common thing in each occurrence is something unexpected had caused me to wake up in the middle of the night and get out of bed for a little while (son wet the bed, loud noise in the garage, forgot what the other thing was) and then the dreams happened after I went back to sleep. I think there is something about having to be awake and alert immediately out of a deep sleep that might cause you to have a lucid dream when you finally go back to sleep. I haven't tried to recreate this because I don't care that much but the dreams are fun.
you can literally tell your brain
>while dreaming I will remind myself it's just a dream
just like you can tell your brain
>while shopping I will remember to buy bread
it works like 70% of the time.
if you can tell yourself to wake up at a certain hour without an alarm clock this method is guaranteed to work.
