I bought a bread making machine and i shop a german grocery store near my vocation house where they have at least 20 different flours for whole cereal bread. One of the best purchase in my life. I practucally quit wheat bread. Still cook myself pizza from time to time. And croissant, i cannot live without croissant.

I used to eat A LOT of vegetables and oats, really a lot even getting 80g fiber sometimes, othera 40g and I used to puke out of the blue, always after dinner(6hours or so) I'd just feel nauseous and either puke or puke and have diahrrea.
now I just eat mostly fish and red meat, still veggies but not as much, a lot of fruit and some potatoes and/or rice for carbs seems to be better, also use some probiotics when I feel weird after eating
