So pic is me, Iv lost a total of 107 pounds in the last year, WHY cant i SEE a difference?

I get it in a hugh fat blob but iv worked hard and cant tell much of a difference.

the fatter you are, the less visual change per pound change.

Imagine a 110 lb girl gaining or losing 5 lbs in comparison

Why are fat blobs always hairless? Fat is bad for dht or something?

you're looking much better dude keep working hard. bottom line is you're so fat that losing 100 pounds doesn't look like anything but that should only motivate you to keep going. can tell you're not lifting also so you may want to take that up since it can improve the frame you have

You're noticeably smaller. Just keep going

How much did you weigh in the original mic op? I have to admit im kind of baffeled that you lost that much for this much pounds

Are you kidding? These fotos look like they're five seconds appart, which they're probably are.

I lost 260lb. 450 to 185. I couldn't tell shit from the first 200, other people could though. I really noticed a big difference with the last 60. Keep pushing. I got 30lb more to go and I'm expecting to look way thinner.

no they're not

It's worth it bro keep it up, trust me. But dont make the mistake made during weight loss. Save money for surgery, judging by your pic you're probably going to need torsoplasty, gynaecomasty and maybe even an armlift and leglift. But the armlift and thighlift are obsolete it you get big af.

I was 270 at my biggest (185 now thank God)... I did look almost hairless too, Its because your skin spreads out/stretches and so your hair follicles get farther apart, making it look like you have no hair... Put it this way, if OP had an identical twin, but let's say that twin is half the weight, they would have the same amount of hair follicles, but skinny twin would have WAY less body area for that same amount to be spread across.

Basically like take a teaspoon of pepper and putting it in a pile, as opposed to spreading it out over a plate.

This is bs! No change at all, CROSS YOUR EYES TO MATCH THEM UP and he barely changes position (tits change angle, and his arm moves, stomach has no change AT ALL). As a used-to-be-fat that never came on here for help and just busted my ass on my own everyday, fuck this fat piece of shit. He's messing around.

Excuse me what did you say you little turd?

lol so mad, they are different

515 to 409

I read this in alexs voice and laughed out loud.
Thanks user

>Calling the epitome of human performance fat

This is 20 kg difference for me from around 140kg to 120 kg, starting around 155-160 kg around a year and a half ago. Weight loss slows down a lot as time goes by, just keep making sure you're at a deficit and start looking at other goals like dropping in pants or shirt sizes, adding notches on a belt or watch etc.

Nah, it's aggravating to see people on here bitching that they tried when they haven't, and I've actually been through it. What changed? He moved his arm back exposing more of his back/side tit, so it appears that he's skinnier. If you look at the contour lines of his body nothing changes besides the shadow from his arm. If a dude was on here saying he needed help, I'd be all for helping him, but this guy is on here saying he lost X amount, when there is no fucking way he did. It's the same as fat chicks saying "why can't I lose weight, it must be pcos". I can tell you flat out that if he lost 150 lbs no matter how huge he is (he's prob 350ish, but who knows how tall he is, so it's hard to tell) he would notice it in his face and jawline. He's just bullshitting for attention. It sucks but wtf is he going to expect us to tell him to do something different? He lost 150lbs ffs. He's lying.

look at left tit there is a mark thats not on right. Its clearly different pictures. You can see other marks as well

post above was meant for you

Keep going you won't regret it.

OP here, i can feel a difference as well as see it in my pant sizes and face, i just dont see it in the mid section. i was at a 60 pants im at like 50 now

OP is clearly lying for attention. Don't fall for it.

made a before after gif.
I aligned on the left (from our view) nipple.
Disctance seems to be the same.
There seems to be some difference in perspective but progress is visible imo.

there could be a million reasons for this:

a) you have chicken legs now
b) you lost that weight around your whole body so everything shrunk like an inch
c) you lost fat around your organs (the most dangerous one)

just keep going

You look like you lost off your chest, belly and legs to me. You wont see dramatic changes untill you get lower, you have to keep going.

Thanks i wanna hit 350 i was 515 im tall so ya

Holy fuck I feel bad for you

I dont im improving

>having your goal be morbid obesity
booger please go

keep at it bro, it looks like the next 100 pounds are going to be the real noticeable ones

the visual changes will become WAY faster as time goes on, if you lose another 100lbs you'll be absolutely shocked by the difference.

sub 200 pounds is when you'll start to look human

you only lost muscle and bone. it's genetics bro cant do anything about it. sometimes your body refuses to burn fat

You lost muscle, not fat.

This. Start working out. A lot. You'll lose the fat when you have sufficient muscle.

How do you even get to this point? I was 30lb overweight when I decided that was enough and lost weight

why does /fit always fall for these obvious troll jobs

clearly both pics were taken at the same time

this

you have to lose more bonemass

when you are a hideously grotesque fat fuck, 100 pounds isn't that much.

who insulted you? Tell us who hurt you

I can see a difference, you look much girthier on the right

if you're the same height as me (5'10"), you'll transition from "fatass" to "chubby guy" around 230-240lbs, and then you'll start to look a lot more "regular dude who is a bit out of shape" as you approach 190, and at below 180 you'll start to look decent in a shirt at least

keep it up, lad

>I can see a difference, you look much girthier on the right

meant left, obviously

OP, the answer is skin.

You're visibly less fat, but you have the same amount of skin. Keep going. You can get that removed when you're done.

How expensive is that kind shit

if you want to convince yourself, just measure the size of your torso, you do look smaller

keep going dude, you'll make it

your tits are perkier
