I like the fact he's mostly science-oriented but doesn't limit himself to what the papers and studies show. He knows most scientific studies on bodybuilding will have limitations and/or flaws and therefore no drastic conclusions should be taken, and that techniques and strategies that are tried and approved by the bodybuilding community for ages shouldn't be abandoned just because one or two small-sample studies said it doesn't work. On his longer videos he also tends to carefully show all sides of a debate and how experts diverge on conclusions, instead of just saying "science proves X is better".

So he strives for a balance between personal experience, other people's experience, common sense and scientific research, and that's very rare so I like him for that. I follow science-oriented blogs and writers for years and I can't tell you how annoying it is the way these people like to jump into radical conclusions after a new study is out just because it gives them the opportunity to write a clickbait article about how "bros" are lifting wrong and they're so smarter than them.
