Just drink water. I sometimes have Gatorade intra workout for carbs (I've read some stuff advocating this as the insulin spike drives nutrients into the muscles you're working more quickly), but on days I forget Gatorade and just drink water I don't usually notice a difference. Unless you're low on electrolytes I don't think Gatorade will do anything exceptional.

Gatorade contains the necessary electrolytes your body loses when you sweat excessively. However, if you are exercising for the purpose of weight loss, you will probably drink the calories back that you just worked off if you use regular gatorade.
Best post workout meal is a banana and protein shake/drink. Bananas contain potassium which is an electrolyte. It also has adequate carbohydrates to restore depleted muscle glycogen lost during exercise.
Your body has a post exercise insulin response that makes your body able to absorb carbohydrates and protein much more efficiently to aid in muscle fiber repair. faggot.

2 scoops would be like 800mg of caffiene, i'm sure some people do 2 scoops and are fine, depends on your tolerence, wonder how much caffiene is actually dangerous in one go though, 1000mg?
I only drink water before working out and after I work out. Never in between. Also, I barely sweat unless it's leg day.

You shouldn't drink gatorade no matter what because it tastes like shit. There are less disgusting electrolyte drinks.
LD50 is around 150-200mg/kg, which seems high to me. I've had caffeine overdoses in the past from coffee or energy drinks in the neighborhood of 500/600mg, and it was pretty fucking unpleasant. Dying from caffeine OD must be an agonizing way to go out.

When i take it though it's the only caffiene i take, i guess it all depends on the context, 400mg in one go or 1000mg over the course of the day, what was it like btw, the caffine overdose, think i might have had one when i did 2 scoops but i'm not sure....
