Weakend = build muscles
Tight = stretch it

Okay, how do I do that?

Does fixing atp makes you taller?

According to google, yes, but my primary concern is not looking like a centaur

I was 177 cm now 181 cm after fixing it

Nice. How did you fix yours?

Was expecting garbage clickbait based on the video thumbnail but the ratings seem good so I'll give it a shot, thanks

Likely not enough to make a huge difference. Maybe a few mm to cm.

The link above ^

Depends how bad your apt is
>some trannies purposely get apt to be shorter their some claiming they are 2 inches shorter because of the apt they purposely got.

Trannies get apt for the same reason Shaniqua gets apt. For that big booty look.

I saw trannies talking about how to get shorter or got shorter because of the apt i saw it on a thread /lgbq board/

LONDON?

Are you sure it's deliberate?
From what I've read it's about widening hips and weakening ligaments or something forcing the hips to tilt forward, idk how true that is.

Lol I don't know what you are talking about but trust me dude

you gain like half an inch

it actually doesn't. it makes your glutes weak as fuck cos your lower back is doing all the work.

this might explain why I swore was half an inch taller before when I measured myself

I gained an inch.

Of course if your back is all curved and shit you're going to be taller if you straighten it.

This is meme, anterior pelvic tilt IS the default anatomic position of the pelvis, your problem OP is probably lordosis, you can try fixing it reinforcing lower back muscles and or surgery.

Was skipping around; do this once a day for 12 weeks (+1 once a week after) or less?

What fixedit for me was squats and deadlifts, a ‘posture check’ everytime I stand up and sitting on the floor in lotus position. Running also seemed to help. Basically, engage and challenge those muscles instead of sitting in a chair all day.

I don't even think I know how to stand/sit with proper posture at this point

Not this guy but so far it's garbage clickbait material, I've been asked to subscribe three times already and I haven't gotten to the part where he tells me how to fix it yet

I mean even the comments tell you to skip to a certain point (8 min or so) rather than shitting on the actual content

>rather than shitting on the actual content
What are you saying here?

Nobody from what I saw was complaining about the stretches, exercises or effectiveness

So that means I cannot complain that his format is garbage?
You're starting to sound like a shill.

>durr it's clickbait
>say it isn't just clickbait
>durr hurr shill
Glad we had this talk, user

Your videos formats are garbage. Cut out 90% of the bullshit and get to the point faster, also stop shilling them here.

Is this the end of your tantrum?

Not an argument

The real trick is working your abs without your hip flexors taking over. Look up stomach vacuums.

jeff got an awesome physique
but why does he have to be so autistic and always leave the runway on the same side he came from?
I expect less nervousness from a real alpha

he's faking it and to self aware like we most of us here

lmfao how he overcorrects this and walks as close to the edge as possible as soon as there are woman on the stage

I thought women were supposed to be curved like that? Don't have have some kind of support down there for when bearing a child?

Woman get like that when they are pregnant
