Double over handing and holding on to 730lbs is absurd and few, if any people in world history would be able to do that. Hook gripping or mixed gripping and holding on to 730lbs is something pretty much any adult male who puts his mind to it would be able to do in 5-10 years.

Most likely you'll see one or two maybe, or perhaps more if you are at a uni gym with a lot of college athletes. It's pretty damn rare.

Yeah, I've bee to my gym during various times of day and I've only ever seen 3 guys doing 4pl8 or higher didly. One of them is one of the fitness trainers there. Most people don't even do 2pl8
