I don't know what's wrong with me.
I'm 26 and have chronic lower back pain.
Doctors don't know what's wrong.
MRI is fine.
I tried acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic, physical therapy, foam roller, mobility, stretching and gym.
Nothing helped
What can help me?
I need a miracle?

To even give any kind of meaningful help, you would have to show a pic from the side.
Read one of Dr sarnos books, you have nothing to lose but like a day or two of reading time.

Exactly where is the pain located
you need fentanyl and percocets!
Or just look into tension myositis syndrome
i can't, the pain is too strong
ok i try
you went to an orthopedist or neurologist already?
Do core exercises. The key is to pivot with your hips. Make sure NOT to move your spine (i.e. if you can't do situps without bending your spine, DON'T DO SITUPS). Start with exercises where your back stay flat on the ground like bicycle kicks and leg lifts. Can you do push ups and planks without back pain? If so, do those. If your back slouches while doing those or it hurts, stop immediately.
Also: most stretches will make back pain WORSE. STOP STRETCHING YOUR BACK IMMEDIATELY.
Many load bearing workouts will make back pain WORSE. Since your MRI is fine you can rule out arthritis and probably a bulging disc. That is GOOD.
Acupuncture is placebo. Chiropractic is dangerous pseudoscience - it is a chance, it can make it worse or better.
Hey OP, you came to the right address. I'm a licensed and trained doctor and can safely tell you you probably have cancer and it's already too late.
Masturbation causes lower back problems
Are you a chronic masturbator?
no
between L3 and L4 in the middle.
I don't have sciatica or something else.
I have pain in only one place
no
>Hey OP, you came to the right address. I'm a licensed and trained doctor and can safely tell you you probably have cancer and it's already too late.
are you kidding me?
Don't ever go to a doctor for joint pain. Always go to a chiropractor for any sorts of pain in joints, muscles or bones. All the doctor will do is tell you to rest and take an MRI and tell you to rest more of they don't know what the fuck it is.
T. Had knee problems for 1 year with doctors clueless but went to chiropractor and turns out I had ankle and hip issues that caused it.
But you masturbate quite often?
are you stressed?
Let us not beat around the bush now.
How often you "shake hands with the Pope" so to speak?
Daily? Twice a day? Every other day? Once a week?
Stand still for a long time. Be busy while standing so that you can ignore pain little. It's best to stand for an hour or more will have better results. Of course, it will take days
>you went to an orthopedist or neurologist already?
Yes.
Neurologist say: Nervous system is ok.Try orthopedist.
Doctor orthopedist said:MRI is fine, the pain does not come from the spine. Try stomach Ultrasound.
Doctors in Europe are so poor
Did you go to snap city?
yes
3 times per week
go on a beef cleanse for a month
Back surgery vet here (L5-S1). I have found that daily exercise (i.e. physical therapy, not lifting) and stretching focusing on the hips has helped more than any medicine. Also I highly recommend a book called "8 Steps to a Pain Free Back" by Esther Goekle it helps with correcting posture, which is a common source of these kind of issues.
Here are some very useful links. The barbell medicine guys have a really good youtube channel that has more related information to chronic back pain and you should check that out as well.

Basically, your back is fine. The problem is neurologically/psychological in nature.
You didn't mention your lifts so there is a possibility you haven't been lifting properly. If that is the case then do something like Starting Strength and strengthen your back with squats and deadlifts.
Unironically this has helped me to identify a food allergy which was causing an inflammatory response. I've never felt better.
your pain could be caused by a psychological issue. stress is a common factor for back pain.
try cutting out gluten
srs
>Did you go to snap city?
No, why?
it will help ??
See an osteopath
This
yeah, I have the same issues with doctors here in germany
got ditched by 3 docs when I was 14 years old and had pain on the whole right side of my body
5 years later that shit is chronic but I learned to live with it and say fuck you to all doctors.
Go to a chiropractor you brainlet
I'm gluten free for 7 months.
I started getting a lot of lower back pain last month.
I started doing simple stretches for a pelvic tilt and squatted and deadlifted 3x a week. now I'm better and deadlift only once or twice a week. I think your pain is much more severe but these are 2c
Big deal, everyone gets it eventually. as long as you focus on lifts that strengthen the posterior chain it never has to hold you back
best blender to make beef smoothies?
start doing reverse hypers 3x + week. They fixed my back pain. I started doing them maybe a month ago and my back pain is gone already.
Suck in stomach, raise your chest, shoulders back
These are the people bashing you when you say you don't deadlift
The greatest change you can make is by fixing your sleeping position. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees.

It does not help because during sleep, I automatically turn over.

I can't make a deadlift.
The pain is too strong
try deep tissue massage
I'm going to work for a moment
Please bump
bump for a solution for this poor soul
When I had lower back pain (it especially came on really painful when I was standing for too long) doing stretches, yoga, etc. didn't really alleviate the pain, sure it did for a couple hours but it always came back.
Reverse hypers so far has been my saving grace for my lower back. Normal hyperextensions didn't help, but reverse hypers make my lower back feel so good now. I am not using a reverse hyper machine at the moment, I am hanging my torso onto a high bench with my legs off and just doing it weightless for higher reps with good form. Feels really good man. Hope you get better buddy
Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees. No joke, saved my back. It's difficult at first if you're used to sleeping whatever other way but in time it'll become natural and you'll feel great. Get an x ray done on your back too man, think you might have a slipped disk or something?
Not sure what's the matter but best of luck to ya
Thanks for bump
X-ray is fine.
>didn't really alleviate the pain, sure it did for a couple hours but it always came back.
same as me
> Hope you get better buddy
i hope so, thanks
Started a carnivore diet and my lower back pain basically went away. Might be the foods you're eating that are causing inflamation. Make sure to eat fish to get your omega 3s since they're anti-inflamatory.
Stop fapping
sin no more
>try deep tissue massage
It helps only for a moment
>See an osteopath
it doesn't help
I'm eating healthy(12 months)
I'm gluten free for 7 months.
I'm dairy free for 3 months.
Can the pain come from a Spleen or pancreas???
What medical tests do i need?
Any ideas?
Websites?
Gimme the rundown on this. How is this supposed to cure back pain.
Stop pulling your peepee user, guarantee that's why you have lower back pain.
Have you had full blood test as yet say 72 biomarkers?
Helped me find out I had a very high ferritin and my body was storing it.

Try putting a pillow or two under your knees when you sleep. The hamstrings and gluts can strain the much smaller muscles in the lower back. By lifting the knees, it takes some of that load off.
If it helps, you should try to strengthen your core and lower back with stuff like kettlebells, farmers carry, and rowing machine.
>What can help me?
There are muscles connecting from vertebra to vertebra acting as stabilizer muscles. They are not easy to train, don't know any lifting exercise that hits these. However, they are trained by jogging. I recommend this, it's a blessing for your spine and discs and also helps easing the pain after pinching a nerve. Having a good 30-60min run 2x a week can greatly influence your lower back health.
I also tried all this foam rolling stuff, stretching etc... but nothing feels as great as jogging for my back, especially when being sore from deadlifts and other core-involved movements.
Sleep exclusively on your back and try hanging from a pullup bar (or teeter hangup) as well as foam roll
This is terrible advice because chiropractors are so random in capability you could get some fag who hurts you more often than helps you.
A back specialist legitimate doctor will be able to help you.
foam roll doesn't work
First time I did these my lower back cracked in a way that felt like years strain being released.
I toss them into every work out now.
How is lower back pain linked to masturbation?
