>make sure to eat a low-fat diet if ya wanna look like a lean mean killing machine just like Arnie used to in the good ol' days sonny boy, and make sure to eat ya carbs too, glucose is the fuel for your muscles son
Make sure to eat a low-fat diet if ya wanna look like a lean mean killing machine just like Arnie used to in the good...
Stupid boomer - fats from the food are not directly stored as fats in your body.
>replying to ironic greentext that isn't even bait
Did you have a dumbbell dropped on your head as a child?
fats are kinda nice if you need to save some money
getting big and healthy is possible with a vegan diet, even though I would just prefer going low-fat. Both carbohydrates and proteins make recovery faster and increase the metabolic rate.
>Did you have a dumbbell dropped on your head as a child?
>replying to reply that was ironic reply to the obvious bait.
End your miserable, pathetic existence brainlet faggot!
They actually are. Fats are generally ingested without being digested, they are, also storing the fats you take in through your diet is more efficient than the process of converting fructose into fat.
>he replied seriously to an ironic response that was itself responding to an ironic response to a non-ironic greentext post
fucking drooling retard we need eugenics to get rid of "people" like you
>They actually are. Fats are generally ingested without being digested, they are, also storing the fats you take in through your diet is more efficient than the process of converting fructose into fat.
Source please, I eat a lot of fats when cutting or bulking.
that was a good one
>I eat a lot of fats when cutting or bulking.
See, most studies you'd refer to suffer from hidden conflicts of interest. It has to tell you something that most studies, which advocate for a diet high is saturated fats, are complete bogus.
What is lipase?
>Hint: a digestive enzyme that breaks down fats from food
Now that was epic.
search for carbohydrate metabolism and lipid metabolism and figure it out yourself its not rocket science theres some really good videos on youtube
Doesn't have to be broken down though
Guys, guys listen, what if we were able to get energy BOTH from glucose and ketones, would we be literal superhumans? Or we're going to need a second liver?
possible, if you cycle it
If I'm on keto, and I want to cut back on calories a bit, should I pull from fats or protein or both?
Both equally in kcal. Fats have more kcal per gram so cut back less on fat in grams but both fat and protons are essential
Does kcal just mean the amount of calories from each macro? Like how fat has 9 calories per and protein 4? Like if I cut back 30 from each, my fat to protein ratio will lean more towards the fat side than it usually does, so should I add a little more fat in or is that ok?
By "30 each" I meant 30 grams of each.
>that 30 year old boomer who walks into your dojo/boxing gym
lol, just lol
how do i get badass goku physique
based and redpilled
FYI Arnie ate the "steak and eggs" diet in his prime (ie low carb high fat) ala Vince Gironda, weekly carb ups on trash food (where people get the idea of cheat days). He didn't go low fat til mid 80s iirc.
