You'd have to force yourself into a different lifestyle for a long time, until it starts to feel natural.
Most people on Jow Forums couldn't just join a football club, get some exercise + social interaction, go to bars, chat with friends etc., and enjoy it.
But if you do it for long enough it becomes easier, and then you start to enjoy it. Most just don't make it that far.
