Should I skip leg day for a while? My wide girly hips fuck over all my proportions and make my upper body look even more underdeveloped that what it already is

I was thinking about replacing leg day for a neck day for a while. My neck is severely lacking

It's not. There's barely anything to pinch on the side of my hips when I'm standing. I legitimately have wide hips unfortunately, I had a low test diet and lifestyle during puberty

It's not fat. Most of my fat is on my inner thighs, lower belly, and the back of my ass, there's next to no fat on my outer thighs

What's the best lat widening excercise? Don't say pull-ups or chin ups because I do them frequently and my lats are still non existent

Interesting, explain this in more detail? Do you tuck your elbow behind you, then go all the way back up, or only back to the 3/4 position then tuck the other side then go all the way back up?

i go all the way back up, it increases time under tension just a little bit more and by the time i’m done with em my lats are rekt. athlean-x has great videos about it, and about maximally effective lifts generally. his programming is garbage though

Yes. Pretty much all my fat goes to my inner thighs, lower belly, and ass. It's due to low testosterone throughout puberty, there's not much we can do about it now except grow more muscle on our upper body to compensate

Usually jeans, a bit on the tighter end. The positive thing is girls like my ass due to the fat storage there, it's the only area I get compliments.

Switch to wide grip if you haven’t already. Wide grips seated rows, wide grip heavy lat pulldowns, plus of course deadlifts for the overall back gains. Don’t forget to get the most out of your shoulders as well to get wider there
