Hey my name user and I have 0 days clean. I used to have a little over 2 years sober but that was a few years ago. Boredom is one of the issues everyone has when they wanna get sober, anything you did you were probably high for or wanted to get high before you did it as a result almost everything even doing nothing reminds you of getting high, at least for me I'm at my desk and in front of the monitor there is still razor marks in the wood from choppin up lines from like 10 years ago probably so just sitting in my room reminds me of all the drugs I did in here alone.

I gotta get the fuck up out of that job it makes people complacent cause you can get away with so much shit, no other job could I be on a route in a truck with someone and we both decide to smoke a blunt and get drunk while we drive back home at the end of the night and not be fired or crash and kill anyone. Everyone smokes weed and smokes in the trucks on the routes and the boss don't say shit when he opens the cab in the morning and you can smell the bud from down the alley way. My boss has called me out on being drunk at work and I was shit faced and I still have a job, I actually have seniority over all the other drivers except the service guy because I wasted 4 years of my life there this September.

A/B extraction is pretty lengthy but relatively straightforward if you take it slow, it's not a big deal if you fuck up since the bark and most other supplies are dirt cheap.

Just google around for acid/base dmt extraction, there's plenty of guides out there. Basic process goes freeze/thaw the bark then boil the shit out of it multiple times in a mixture of distilled water and vinegar, filter the sludge into a big jar. Add sodium hydroxide(lye) and naptha, shake the shit out of it and let it separate a few times, then siphon off the naptha (top) layer with a pipette. Freeze the naptha for a couple days and the crystals will form. Now, the actual extraction is an all day event but with the freezing both before and after it'll take closer to half a week start to finish.

Or you can just eat some Syrian Rue and make a milkshake/tea/no-bake cookie with the bark, which is much easier if you just wanna scratch that itch.

I have. They are very flimsy film, easy to cut. I have to warn you, if you try to feel an actual high off them you will just end up making yourself sick. If you're comitted to getting clean long term they can help mentally but otherwise you will just want real drugs again.
