All isn't lost though. There's speech therapists for adults too. A lot of highly-educated southerners in the US will go to speech therapy to learn how to lighten up their southern accent if they intend to work somewhere else in the country. If you're that paranoid about your lisp I'd go find one.

Singers eat it to improve voice, emperor Nero used to eat it to deepen it. I dunno what's in it or if it's a meme but it was relatively common belief.

A lot of steps for better masculinity in things usually involve giving less of a fuck, but I don't know if that applies with voices or if it's the only step. Giving less of a fuck helps anyway. I think.

I wouldn't say it's fully eradicated but it's much improved. As a kid I had a different lisp which I went to therapy for, and the therapist had me use a device to listen to myself talk, so that I could notice I was fucking it up.
I used to play more videogames than I do now and while I played CS:GO I would use voice_loopback 1 to hear myself clearly as I spoke, it was easy to adjust as time went on.
I also read my ebooks out loud. You can use windows sound settings to enable your mic to play back your voice while doing that.

It's hard to rate your voice when you're speaking softly into a microphone a few inches from your face, considering that's not what you sound like with actual people. Record yourself reading the navy seal pasta like you're in front of an audience and people can actually rate you.

Yeah, I usually just drone to myself as I recite ebooks in an empty room, so I've noticed that as well.
You have a good voice, it's a pretty common male voice so it's definitely masculine, I think any flaws on that end would be opinion, for example, you could do radio and most people would be fine listening to you talk. Chances are most people are comfortable with your voice, a lot of Americans have family members that sound similar to you.

It is quite noticeable bro. It will be tuned out as you talk more, but on first encounter it is jarring. Your voice doesn't sound off otherwise though or unmasculine. I think maybe speech therapy for lisp and for sounding more masculine, I think it will come down to cadence and what you say, not so much how you say it.
