I'll start with an obvious one

Deadlift is most alpha
weighted pullups
Fucking
Deadlift is the go-to gymcel exercise.
I like diddlies.
>tfw not Chad enough to dip
Feels like someone is punching me in the clavicle.
Dumbbell incline press is either performed by a currycel or a chad. no in betweens.
I had the same until i put a folded paper towel on each bar and put My hand on it.
Pull Ups
If you can't do them, you're not a chad.
>bench
>curls
Literally the only 2 exercises Chad does
This describes my uni gym so fucking well holy SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT
elaborate, I'm not brainlet enough to understand this
Take paper towel from machine. Fold twice into a nice Square. Put one on each bar, place palms on each bar. Do dips without feeling pain.
Farmers walks with kegs
If this works I'll never take Jow Forums for granted again.
Snatch and C&J
that's the only exercise I do other than some ab and trap work.
brainlet means dumb
I don't think he knows what a clavicle is.
Are you very upright when you do dips?
this works i can confirm
Nope. I follow the guide on StrongLift's site to a T. I've also asked strangers who I've seen regularly doing dips to check out my form and they all said it's fine, too. The reason I've given up on them is because Blaha says some folks just aren't made for them.

Deadlift is redddit tier with even dyel gooks doing them.
Every gymcel is deading 2 plates with their belt like they're strong
Take normal sized paper towel and fold it twice, making a Square. Put Palm on top and grab bar. Do it like this, no pain from Dips.
Yeah user, I do a lot of trap work too, if you know what I mean
Oh no...I hope that's not your hand.
It.. It is.
When did that start happening? i've been homegym since 2015 and I was the only one doing deadlifts there. There might've been one or two twigs doing lmao1plate crossfit deadlifts or some shit, but that was it.
When i do dips, i feel like my left arm veins boil and then the whole down side of my forearm feels numb for days. i probably crushing a nerve, but only on the left arm? pretty much sure i'm holding the bar symmetrically
You probably hurt the nerve some other time. Take time off of dips or decrease the weight you're using.
why does this help
>pretty much sure i'm holding the bar symmetrically
This is what I used to think until I saw myself lifting in a video or a mirror.
Push Motherfucking Press
Bench monkeys can't handle how chad you are push pressing 25-100% more than they can incline bench.
Excuse me sir this board is for whites only. I'm going to have to ask you to leave.
When i was using the assisted dip machine, never had that problem. After moving to unassisted version got the problem.
I'll try to record myself front side. In the mean time, i replaced dips for incline bench, ohp, pushdowns and CGBP
only gymcels deadlift and squat. I've never seen a Chad doing it. Just skinnyfat/fluffy powercels
No idea, it just does. Paper towels also help if doing Pull ups / chin ups and the bar is skinny and cuts into your hand. Fold twice paper towel and have in Palm, now grip is no problem.
I am White, but the flash from My camera made My tan look excessive
this one
What do dips do for what muscles? Are they vital for every routine?
Make sure to keep a tight upper back during dips, shoulderblades pulled together like during bench press. Maintain that tightness and dips won't hurt.
Don't go too deep and also use the dip handles to stretch out your shoulders beforehand, by sort of moving around in a very deep dip but with your feet on the ground.
the only exercise chad needs
not an exercise per se but i just bought a bench and worked out at home in the nude and it was the most Chad i ever felt.
Most underrated chest and triceps exercise imo. They are the bane to every fatass and mobilitylet.
Squats
Get your form in check, and don't push yourself on dips until you get it figured out.
Dips are God tier for chest develoment, but if you don't use the right support muscles, and the wrong joints take over, you WILL injure yourself. You need your serratus anterior to be supporting the weight.
Friend damaged cartilage in his sternum and couldn't work chest for 6 months. I did lesser version, couldn't dip for 3 months
Handstand pushups. I can do 30 of them :^]
webm or didn't happen
WHY ARE THERE SO MANY INDIANS AT THE GYM? They always come in packs too
This is some dumbass kinobody shit
My triceps got swole as fuck from doing dips
I would do this but my neighbour's kids keep watching me over the fence.
Meme-tier unless you do them with a tight core (ie. put your belly to the wall instead of your back) + elevated hands.
Redpilled
Sports
Not wearing gloves in the gym i thought You wanted to make IT user
fuck you i weigh 247 lbs and i can do weighted dips for reps as a fat cunt.
>30
t. goes down only for 3 inches
weighted frisbee
Can confirm, tried putting my fat gripz on dip bar, makes movement more comfortable.
Back
Only go as low as you can without pain, no need to break parallel.
Thanks for the link man, I have the same problem and will definitely try this exercise
How do I keep my shoulder safe during this?
keep them back and down, same as when you bench
Whenever I try to do dips or deadlifts or something only Chads do in the gym I get made fun of just because I have an ugly beta face.
"Wow look at that loser. He is trying way too hard. Doesn't he know he'll never be one of us? He should just not try to better himself at all."
I don't see the problem. Assert dominance
Why do dip bars have to be so expensive?
