sometimes its the only reason i wake up, other times its the bane of my existence. All depends on the day and the food

I feel bad for continentals who just eat a pastry and sugary coffee every morning. The breakfast buffet I had in Germany was complete trash. How do you have cold cuts and cheese but no bread to make a sandwhich?

Breakfast as in food you eat after you wake up? Does it have to be a particular food or time?

I just drink water for breakfast lol

Always 4 jumbo eggs. Sometimes with bacon or sausage. If its a lift day, I'll also have oatmeal and maybe some nuts or seeds too.

And i always have lemon water 20 min before I eat breakfast . It balances your body's ph and gets the liver to produce more enzymes.

2 small sandwitches with jam and a glass of milk, they can keep me up for 12 hours

These bad boys add whatever you want for more calories/protein fruit yoghurt milk nuts whatever they're versatile you can even get choccie ones that only have like 10 more calories per biscuit pretty good mayn

I usually fast until around 1-2 PM daily. I'll have 6 eggs with bacon and coffee if I have breakfast.

Lately a smoothie made from greek yogurt, flavorless protien powder, kale, spinach, and whatever fruit i have on hand. And sometimes avacado. Its a bit sugary but its delicious and gives me a shitton of micronutrients.

When im bulking ill eat 4-5 eggs scrambled with onion/green onion, spinach, and spices. Sometimes ill make loaded breakfast burritos with black beans, kale, cheese, spinach, churizo, avacado and a shitton of eggs.
On weekends ill make protein flapjacks or biscuits, bacon, fried eggs, black beans and some fruit.

Usually do 4 eggs, half an onion, a bellpepper, and a cup or two of broccoli.
