You'll actually be, like me, disappointed the first time you do one. It's not some incredible feeling of power, it's just lame. Do dragon flags or some shit if you want to some impressive calisthenics stuff.

I did the handstand pushup on pull up bar thing, muscle ups are pretty easy compared to that.

I have no access to a straight pull up bar. Only the angled handles on top of the cable machines. I can do 8 pullups with 15kg added tho (at 72kg bw) and 16 or 17 with no weight added
The movement itself not really, but you need a good base. Dragon flag for abs, handstand push ups(naturally), pull ups and of course dips are the separate exercises you need to get really good at before you attempt this. I also did an exercise where i would hand from the bar then try touching my hands with the feet then progressing from there to a handstand position on the bar(but this shit was the hardest out of all)

not him but for handstand pushups I just did them on a wall, then did just handstands for 10 mins or so, then attempt to do 1 or 2. Also learn how to pirouette out of a handstand or you will get a lot of bruises.
