How can I definitively prove that someone is roiding? I've been observing one asian manlet at the gym over a period of about 3 weeks. He typically comes to the gym Mon-Fri, no weekends. Never does any cardio lmao. I've engaged in small talk with him several times and here's the information I could glean from him:

The problem is that he is regularly benching 260 lb. I'm 6'1 and weigh 190 lb, and have been lifting for almost 2 years. I'm also German. My max bench is 225 for 2 reps. I subtly asked him if he was roiding, but he claimed that he was natty. Clearly bullshit. It's not genetically possible for an asian manlet to get even close to that strong. I've observed him several times in the locker room and it doesn't look like he has any gyno so I didn't take any pictures. Help me call him out on his bullshit, Jow Forums. How can I prove that he's a cheat? What kind of gear is he on?

You arnt going to get a big chest having horrible form because youre trying to lift heavy weights when you have no muscle to back it up either. You cant build strength when you have no muscle to build from. Gotta start with hypertrophy lifting, then switch to strength, then back to hypertrophy. STR and hyper go hand in hand.
