Good routine my romanian roomate showed me

do as mmany elevated pushups as you can (i started at 15) give yourself 1 mminute of rest, and do as mmany dips as you can.

I was only adding 1 a day for like 2 months, now i add 10, or just do another 20--100 pushups when bored. Funny story, i only started excercising cause my 50 lb bow was hurting my arm after shooting like 50 arrows. now i can shoot 100 easily.

Forgot to mention, I do DMAA pre workout and take PCP so I don't get any pains from pushing myself. It's really helped me out with working out, and I'd recommend it for anyone itt interested in getting jacked and becoming a chad, or at least a demi-chad
