Thanks! I do PPL once a week currently at like 30 sets per session total.
On push day for triceps I do bench, db bench, db shoulder press and about 5 sets of whatever isolation exercise
Pull day I do the usual rows, chins etc but finish with 3 sets of hammer curls as heavy as possible followed by some supinated curl a bit lighter (3 sets) and finish off with really high rep pronated grip curl (2 sets)
After cut when I get to 10% bf Im adding a fourth day of shoulders/arms as I consider them weak points right now
Some deadlifts would help your physique imo to get that thickness

Used to be in my high schools weightlifting team so I would always try to build muscle while at the same time trying not to go over in weight class and ended up looking like I do. no science to it just shitty diet with no fat and muscle on top

Thanks man. Like I said, the only exercise I've ever done was lift weights. I "powerlifted" in high-school, but i stopped senior year. After 4 years of not lifting, I signed up for a gym membership and i went on and off until this February, where I started going 5-6 days/week. 6 Months later, here I am.
Thanks for the tip dude. I've been working on getting a bigger chest and delts. For me, they're the parts that grow the slowest.
