I've been juggling for years man the easiest way is to establish early on that you're a very busy and active guy. Then it's easy to decline seeing a certain girl more than twice a week because of work, gym, prior social engagements, etc. Establish a baseline as a busy man and they won't demand more than once or twice a week. But since you've already made yourself too available you're probably going to have to cycle one or two of them out and start over.
